Bob Novak was courteous, professional and knowledgeable about the product while never feeling like he was pressuring you into a sale. What blew me away is his respect for your time, and communication through email and text that set him apart from other dealerships. Bob truly is your trusted advisor. It is at this point I have to give kudos to Ian Franz, who is quite possibly one of the most laid back and easy to work with Sales Managers I have ever encountered. I truly wish I worked for someone like him when I was selling cars. He gave me a direct offer, did not try to play any games, talked candidly with what he was able to do and what would be my terms. It’s that type of professionalism and sincerity that completes the car buying experience and make you feel like you are getting the best deal. Moving on swiftly, I have to mention the F&I Department… Alisa was extraordinary! Probably the biggest dread when buying a car is the time it can take to wait for finance and then what seems to be an eternity of paperwork and wondering what you were getting yourself into. I scheduled my delivery (another big plus for Kempthorn) and was able to complete my entire process from walking through the door to driving off in just over 40 minutes. Alisa was extremely personable, was easy to talk to, explained any question I had in detail, and made me feel at ease with my decision to purchase. There are five VW dealerships closer to my residence but there are countless reasons why I am glad I took the drive to Kempthorn. I cannot thank everyone enough for making my purchasing experience truly exceptional. Majority of the time, slogans tend to be just a catchy tag line that bears no meaning. After this experience I will say the VW team does live up to the Easy, Fun, Friendly motto set forth by Kempthorn Motors. More
