Even the General Sales manager Mike came up to us and introduced himself. We had been to other dealers looking for a Beetle for my daughter and most seemed to be out just to make a sale. This dealer truly cares about its customers. During the finance stage Brody was very thorough in explaining everything and getting me a good interest rate. After signing all the papers Ruth got in the car and showed my daughter how to work everything, including helping to pare her phone to the Bluetooth and setting up her home address in the Navigation system.
