Fast, easy, and fantastic. I was in the market for a new Mazda3 hatchback, and almost closed on one at my local dealer... Until I checked AutoTrader and found a screaming deal from Kempthorn in Canton. I called them up Thursday morning and spoke to Ruth, who was courteous, prompt, and didn't just see me as a walking commission. Within an hour of talking to her, we set up a deal and I drove across Ohio Friday morning to take delivery of my new Mazda. Ruth was absent that day, but Jay helped me with delivery and was wonderful to work with as well. He was polite, easy to talk to, and also treated me with respect. Brody in finance was prompt with the paperwork, not pushy with extra add-ons whatsoever, and was extremely easy to deal with. I was in and out of the dealer in about an hour or so, most of that time being spent signing legal paperwork. Asides from purchases made at FCA dealers with an employee discount (which are a fixed, no-haggle price allowing you to buy a car in 10 stress-free minutes), this was without a doubt the BEST experience I have had to date in a car dealership.
