This was my first buying experience th As a general rule, my experiences buying cars have ranked right up there with having a serious case of cramps. This was my first buying experience that I actually enjoyed. Kempthorn Mercedes Benz had exactly the car I was looking for posted on their website, and to my surprise, the car actually existed when I called about it. Over the previous three weeks, I had called four other dealerships to inquire about cars they advertised, only to be told that the car in question had suspiciously "just" been sold "but we have this other one you'll like..." After talking to Denny about the car I eventually purchased, he thoughtfully took it off the "available" listing while we worked out the details. There was a line-up of other customers who wanted to test drive it, and I really appreciated the fact that he saw to it that my new car wasn't driven all over town by strangers while we worked to finalize the sale. I knew my trade-in had some warts, but they took the time to check it out thoroughly, and they made a fair offer for it considering the work it would need before they could re-sell it. Brody in finance worked hard to find me the best available financing, and he was able to save me a significant amount of money. He was very knowledgeable, and explained the available warranty options without trying to force them down my throat, as I'd experienced in the past. Based on his explanations, I actually purchased an additional two year warranty. I still had to sign my name 27 times, but I was in and out in under a half an hour. Thanks guys. More
