Just what I asked for. I had a lease expiring and was interested in purchasing a vehicle, preferably a certified pre-owned. I gave Jay a list of my "wants" and a week later I had a lease expiring and was interested in purchasing a vehicle, preferably a certified pre-owned. I gave Jay a list of my "wants" and a week later he called with five good options. I took a test drive and found a great car at a great price. Couldn't be happier. And they took my leased vehicle and dealt with it. Fantastic! More

She was honest and straightforward about potential price points for the vehicle. Furthermore, she was extremely courteous to my family and I as she greeted us at the dealership and explained the details of the car to us. I also appreciated the manner in which she took special interest in explaining the mechanics of the vehicle to my daughter. Ruth was also very helpful with directions as I took the car on a test drive. Additionally, my family and I appreciated her antecdotes about England and her lovely British accent.
