Professional, Friendly, a pleasure to deal with. I dealt with Grant Huston to begin with, through emails and phone calls, as I bought the car online. He always responded promptly as well as getting me whatever info I requested. Once I arrived on site to purchase, he had everything arranged dispite my changing the arrival day and time 3 or 4 times. The vehicle was what I expected and just as Grant described. He then set me up with Brody Campbell to go over payment, existing warranty, and available extended coverage. Everything was explained throughly, as well as printed out for me. Neither one of these guys were the typhical pushy car salesman type. They treat you as someone they know, a friend. I drove up in a rental car. Dick Forte followed me there to return the car and brought me back to the dealership. He was kind enough to give me a small drive around tour of the NFL HOF. He's a volunteer there, and very knowledgeable, so I really enjoyed my time with him. I highly reccomend Kempthorn Motors! More

She helped me find a car that fit my needs and most importantly my budget. The greatest thing about Ruth was that she made me feel like I was her only priority which set this experience aside from any I had before. For instance, the day I came to pick up my car, she had it placed in the showroom, and I got to drive it out! It's an experience I'll never forget! I sent an online inquiry, and heard back within minutes through email and phone. I responded via text and set up an appointment for a few days later to test drive. After test driving, I knew I wanted to take the car home and we got right down to business. Denny Shankle was patient with my family and I as we waited for the insurance and loan information to be faxed over. He was efficient, engaging, and knew what he was doing. Traditional values and customer service were superior. Glad I found them and the car I wanted in the same place! More

Helpful and Knowledgeable Staff Made Car Purchase a Pleasure When we decided to purchase our 2018 Tiguan, there were only 2 within a 2 hour drive with the trim level and color combo we were looking for. I was ne When we decided to purchase our 2018 Tiguan, there were only 2 within a 2 hour drive with the trim level and color combo we were looking for. I was nervous about purchasing a car from a dealership I had never visited, but everyone at Kempthorn was very accommodating and personable, and went out of their way to make our experience a good one. Kyle was very responsive over the phone, working the purchase details out over multiple phone calls with my husband. At the dealership, Bob made me and my 4 year old feel like family, and patiently showed us how to use all of the fancy features in my new car. And Rita in the finance office kindly shared several candies with my son while transferring titles and license plates in a process that went quite quickly. I don't know if Kempthorn has many customers who purchase cars over the phone and travel 2 hrs to pick them up, but everyone I dealt with made it seem like it was the most normal thing, and they seemed genuinely happy to help!
