Friendly & efficient Daniel couldn't have been nicer! It was just so simple. Everything was explained. The waiting room was relaxing. The coffee was delicious. Wipers not working Second time my wipers stopped working.. I stormed in & insisted that I be seen immediately . Dan calmed me down & promised help right away even thou Second time my wipers stopped working.. I stormed in & insisted that I be seen immediately . Dan calmed me down & promised help right away even though they were swamped . My wiper motor was covered by warranty and he had the undercarriage cleaned because I noticed a possible leak. There was none. Dan is extremely professional but manages to be kind and patient as well. He is terrific!!!!! Ellen A More

60,000 mile check up Came in for my routine maintenance. Dan, my service rep was there at 6;45 for my 7 AM appointment. During my service received a video text of an overview of how my car looked. What a great touch! Made me feel involved in what was going on. Car done on time, quick payment and done. Not pleased with all My overall experience was good. I however was not pleased with one of the service men, Dave who seemed busy and stressed with several cars that day. I My overall experience was good. I however was not pleased with one of the service men, Dave who seemed busy and stressed with several cars that day. I spoke with Mark about this issue prior to picking up my car. Once I did pick up my car I had another interaction with Dave when checking out and I could see that his attitude had changed. I had a great experience with Dan and Dom. Dom was very understanding and helpful when giving me a courtesy car. Dan was also very helpful when I initially brought my car in. He told me exactly who I needed to call and wrote all information down for me. I was hoping when I brought my car in to have the tires replaced and steering wheel and rack done that Dan would have been there as we had spoken about the issue before. I do understand that he had the day off. Next time it would be great to have Dave know what the issue is when I arrive. Not sure if info was in the notes when I came in 12/22. I really appreciate that my car was vacuumed and washed! More

Breath of fresh air. I felt that I was working with professionals every step of the way and that gave me the piece of mind that I wasn't going to be taken advantage of or I felt that I was working with professionals every step of the way and that gave me the piece of mind that I wasn't going to be taken advantage of or receive poor workmanship.
