She determined my needs to make sure that the car that I was looking for was the right car for me, she went over all the features of the car with me to make sure that I was comfortable with all the features, and gave me the highest level of customer service. The entire experience was smooth all the way up and including purchasing the car and driving it home. Anya even met me at the dealership on her day off to sync my phone to the car and to see me off. It was one of the best sales experiences I've had in a while and I will absolutely recommend Kelly VW and Anya Taschner to all of my friends and family and I will be back to see her when I'm ready for another car. My girlfriend and I just moved to the city from New York where we did not need a car. Even on an incredibly busy day (Memorail Day Weekend) Anya was more than willing to talk with us about our current situa where we did not need a car. Following us signing the lease she continued to be nothing short of extraordinary. She gave us very clear instructions on what our next steps were, and even offered to pick us up if we needed when the car was ready! On the day we went to pick up the car she had no hesitation to take the time out of her schedule to take quite a few (girlfriend requested) pictures of us in the car. I just purchased a new VW Golf TDI from Kelly Volkswagen in Danvers MA. As I approached the doors they were held open for me and I was greeted by Anya Taschner. Anya was very attentive to what I was looking for and quickly brought me over to look at the Golf TDI with the options I was looking for in their warehouse down the street. Once at the warehouse she put me in the driver seat and let me take the car out for a test drive. During the test drive Anya was very pleasant and pointed out various features of the vehicle to me and encouraged me to have fun with the vehicle during the test drive. After we returned to the dealership Anya ran some numbers and came back with a monthly payment that was acceptable to me without having to put any money down on the vehicle. She then had the financing department talk to the banks and get me a hard number, they came back with a monthly payment $100 less than initially quoted. Anya was very attentive to my needs and what I wanted to get myself into. Any questions I had were promptly answered to my satisfaction, I did manage to ask her a question she didn't know the answer to (What is the powerband of a TDI) but she brought me right over to another salesperson that was able to answer my question. Overall this was the most pleasant purchasing experience I have ever had and I am extremely satisfied with the service I received from Anya and the rest of the staff at Kelly VW in Danvers. More
