My wife & had a great customer experience with George Souza & Jorge Ochoa. Perfect combination..MEMORABLE!!!! I have been getting my Passat serviced at Kelly which just hit 211,000 miles. Manny the service advisor is excellent, and a pleasure to work with. He was honest and straight forward about my car. Kelly VW really does make it easy with great sales staff like Joshua Cone. Joshua spent a ton of time with us, accommodating our detailed look at the vehicle we were interested in, and talking with us on a like Joshua Cone. Joshua spent a ton of time with us, accommodating our detailed look at the vehicle we were interested in, and talking with us on a nice, long test drive. He was pressure-free and thorough in making sure we were satisfied.
