I believe the high quality of his overall performance in my sale was greatly impacted by the combination of excellent customer service, as well as his friendliness. He was very likable and down to earth. His demeanor helped make me feel comfortable as a consumer. He did not over-pressure in any way. He was consistent in his strong efforts for my personal situation and carried himself with a patient, personable nature. Kelly VW was outstanding! I worked with Sam who was professional and very experienced. It was my first real car purchase experience and I am glad I had the chance to have it here! I visited a few other dealerships and got the “oh you're 25 so we won't make any money off you glare.” This was not the case at Kelly VW in Danvers. Everyone I interacted with was super nice. Sam had the patience of a saint on the test drive (it was also my first manual transmission) and Jerry made a deal that worked for all parties. If you live in the Northshore area I would definitely recommend considering Kelly VW for your next car purchase. Thanks guys! - Jimmy More

I never purchased a new car without visiting at least 3 dealers. Kelly VW changed my car shopping habit. When I walked in on 07/15 (Sunday), I just wanted to take a look at the car I am interested in f dealers. Kelly VW changed my car shopping habit. When I walked in on 07/15 (Sunday), I just wanted to take a look at the car I am interested in first and I originally planed to not make my final decision until the end of the month. However, Tom and Jerry gave me a great offer on the spot for both the new car and my old trade-in car, no hassle, no negotiation. I was just shocked, since I did a lot of homework before I came in and I definitely knew nobody else can offer a better price in our region. You know what I am going to do, Yes, I signed the purchase agreement immediately! (For getting the best price, I chose to pay cash instead of financing.) I really appreciate it that they saved my time as well as my hard-earned money! I have to say, Jerry is a very nice and decisive manager and Tom is a very knowledgeable, friendly and considerate salesman. Both of them treated you like an old friend, no pressure at all. When I came over to pick up my car on 07/19, Tom explained to me in details about how to use the car. Although the car has been washed two days ago, When Tom found some dusts on the windows and insisted to have the car washed again. I felt that he took care of my car just like his own car:) Another great thing about Kelly VW is FREE 60-day check-up and the first 3-4 maintenance services are also FREE (including free car wash as well)! I definitely will highly recommend Tom/Kelly VW to my friends and my colleagues. More
I came to Kelly VW to purchase a GLI Autobahn w/ navigation, which is not an easy car to locate. I worked with Nick, who recently started within the last few weeks. He was very knowledgeable about the brand and the vehicles. The initial finding of this car at a nearby dealership did not pan out, and no other dealerships were willing to swap with Kelly VW in order to get me the car. Nick spent several days tracking down and calling dealerships all across the country trying to find an available car that met my criteria, and and eventually was able to find something close, but but not quite what I was looking for (no nav/push to start). In the end I ordered a 2013 model to get exactly what I was looking for, and which was a quick and painless process. The extra effort of tracking down a car and hounding several other dealerships trying to make a swap was much appreciated and far more than I expected. More

We came to Kelly VW because we had had an excellent experience at Kelly Fiat when we purchased our son's car in February. The ratings for the purchase of the VW Golf are not all "5" for a couple of re experience at Kelly Fiat when we purchased our son's car in February. The ratings for the purchase of the VW Golf are not all "5" for a couple of reasons, but overall the fact that we did purchase the Golf from Kelly shows that we were happy enough with the people and the process to proceed. Our salesperson, Samantha Dominick, was very good. She struck just the right balance of being informative, friendly, and helpful. We did get the 0% financing that we asked for and we were satisfied with the value assigned to our trade-in. Our only sticking point was that the car we test drove had features (controls on steering wheel and a cargo liner) that the car we actually got did not. During the negotiations the manager said he took some money off the price of the better-equipped car, but in reality we got a car that had less features and paid the full sticker price for that particular car. So that seemed less than forthcoming. When we got the car home we noticed white straps dangling from the underside of the car. These turned out to be leftovers from the car wrapping that had not been removed when the car was being prepped. When I took the car back to Kelly, Samantha and the service manager quickly took care of this, so no harm was done, but more oversight or supervision when the car was being prepped would have avoided this. Had the car we actually got included the cargo liner, the scores would be all 5s. More

It is still on my to do list because people who do such an outstanding job deserve praise. I am 55 years old and have been driving since I turned 16 so have purchased a few cars in my day. Some have been new cars, others used. I must say my experience with Kelly Volkswagen was by far the best experience ever! Every aspect of the purchase of my Volkswagen was a favorable one. I was dealing with more than one Volkswagen dealership when recently looking for a car so I had comparisons I could make in the responses to inquiries before driving to the actual dealership, (Mark was great!) friendliness, professionalism, and sales pressure. By far Kelly Volkswagen came light years ahead of others. Not meaning any disrespect, but there are some car salespeople that "try to use fast talking." I found none of that here at Kelly Volkswagen. In fact when discussing the price with George and Gerry I found them to be courteous, treating me like an equal, not a person who knew nothing about what I wanted or what things cost. Danvers is quite a drive for me (coming from the South Shore) and due to traffic it took twice as long or more than my GPS said it would take, but because of my dealings with George Souza and Gerry, and others there at Kelly my husband (who is a VW man) will definitely find the extra miles well worth the trip for future car purchases. All and all, I would rate Kelly Volkswagen, the several employees I dealt with, especially my salesman, George Suoza on a scale from 1-10 a 25. Well Done Kelly Volkswagen - you have won yourselves yet another very satisfied customer and I will be back! More
