I am not a huge fan of the auto purchasing process. When it came time for me to look into new cars, I went to a few local dealers of different manufacturers. I had the opportunity to work with Tom Colpitts and he immediately showed my a very different process. He listened and was consultative. He gave me options and ideas that were in-line with my goals and price range. He didn't try to "sell" me the car that day. Instead, he worked with me on my schedule to help me "buy" the car I wanted when I was ready. He helped me to get the best deal possible and I felt that he was an advocate all the way through the process. I would highly recommend Kelly Volkswagen and more specifically Tom Colpitts. More

I worked with several New England VW dealers over the Internet in an effort to get the best price, and I found Kelly to be far and away the easiest to work with. I feel that I got a great deal for the car. When I got to the dealership, I worked with Jeff Tucker. Although Jeff was new at Kelly VW, he was knowledgeable about their products and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. As a first-time buyer, obtaining financing was relatively difficult, but Jeff patiently guided me through the process and answered my emails and phone calls promptly. Jeff was friendly and professional at all points during the process and I'm glad that I was able to work with him. When it came time to sign the financing paperwork, I worked with business manager Kendra Milan. She explained all of the additional options to me, but was not pushy or difficult when I stated that I didn't want any. Tom is very professional, detailed and really experienced. This is my second purchase at this dealership in the past year and we will definitely come to Tom at Kelly for the family’s next car. Tom clearly went above and beyond with his willingness to help. He called us on his day off and stayed past his work hours to accommodate our schedule. Car delivery was on the same day as we closed the deal! Tom explained to me in details about how to use the car, even though it was not my first VW, from adjusting the seats to setting up the Phone/Bluetooth. He inspected the car and make sure no smudges were found (and I bought a white on cream car). I felt that he took care of my car just like his own :) Another great thing about Kelly VW is the FREE 60-day check-up and FREE first 3-4 maintenance services (including free car wash). I had the unfortunately need to have my car serviced in another dealearship in the South shore and the service didn’t even come close as to Kelly. Steve Warren was not my sales person, but greeted me each time I entered dealership in a friendly and professional manner. Brian Blake was introduced to me during final stages of my auto pick up and again, all interactions were pleasant. No complaints and highly recommend this dealership. More
