We were in the market for a new car about 10 months before we really wanted to be, and so we were torn between the car we really wanted to buy (a Jetta Sportwagen TDI) and a used van that would just ho before we really wanted to be, and so we were torn between the car we really wanted to buy (a Jetta Sportwagen TDI) and a used van that would just hold us over until next year. The sales crew at Kelly--and especially Steven Ashe--made the choice easy for us in the end. While it took a while to secure a car with the exact options and trim level that we wanted, they eventually snagged one at port (thanks George!). Chris Listro did an excellent job of reviewing the features of the car with me at the time of purchase. The run through Chris did (in single digit temps) of all the features on my new car was thorough and very helpful. We are happy to have ended up working with him as our salesperson. Kendra Milan stayed late to complete our sales agreements on a Saturday night; which happened to be the Bruins season opener. Seeing in that she is such a huge fan we really appreciated her friendliness and level of professionalism with us, as she worked to make sure she covered everything that needed to be offered, discussed and signed off on.
