My wife & had a great customer experience with George Souza & Jorge Ochoa. Perfect combination..MEMORABLE!!!! Wish I could express similar sentiments for the receptionist who glanced at us as we entered, Souza & Jorge Ochoa. Perfect combination..MEMORABLE!!!! Wish I could express similar sentiments for the receptionist who glanced at us as we entered, did not greet us. We waited 10 seconds before we asked for assistance. I strongly recommend Management brings this matter to her attention or perhaps a “Reinforcement Training” session on greetings best practices. More

Kelly VW really does make it easy with great sales staff like Joshua Cone. Joshua spent a ton of time with us, accommodating our detailed look at the vehicle we were interested in, and talking with us on a like Joshua Cone. Joshua spent a ton of time with us, accommodating our detailed look at the vehicle we were interested in, and talking with us on a nice, long test drive.
