My shopping experience was overall OK at best during the nearly two weeks it took me to get my car, of which I have still not received. Terrin was absolutely awesome and should not be blamed for the margina nearly two weeks it took me to get my car, of which I have still not received. After finally deciding on a 2011 VW GTI, I was given two different financing situations that ultimately led to me having to put some money down. This was not a problem in as much as I still have no vehicle as yet. The payoff to my trade was provided only to find out that it was $23.93 short. I blame the bank and the finance manager at Kelly VW for this inconvenience which led to be having to run to the bank and pay the shortfall. Great customer service usually involves the finance department of an auto dealership contacting the bank with regard to the exact payoff. Certainly was not done since the legwork was left for me to eventually discover 5 days later. As a result, there was a delay in me receiving the car which ultimately led me to the situation I am in today. I still have no car. Completely unacceptable for a business that prides itself on experiencing the VW experience. WOW. I am disappointed. Anyway, after clearing this up, I was scheduled to take delivery on 11-8-13 as I am a NH resident and need to register the car in my state. Tarrin drove all the way up to my town only to discover that the town office was closed the day before Veterans Day. This was not posted on the website when I checked earlier in the week. Again, absolutely no fault of Tarrin and I would expect him not to be disciplined in any way. I just would like to have my car since I signed all the paperwork almost two weeks ago now. I don't think Mr. Kelly would be too happy or at least I would hope he wouldn't be. I may not be buying a $40,000 car, but I am still helping his bottom line. More

Hazem Muhieddin was my sales rep and he was great. He took the time to explain all my options as I wasn't quite sure what trim line I wanted for my Passat. Steve Ashe was exceptional in telling me all about the Beetle I bought. He went over every detail of the car and explained how to use each device. Jose was initial in helping find the Beetle that I wanted. Jerry the sales manager worked to make it possible for me to purchase the Beetle. Finally Kendra went above and beyond to help me get my car financed. I feel that each one of them was an intricate part of helping me to purchase my Beetle. I have bought three cars from Kelly and have always been satisfied with their service. I would and actually do recomend them when anyone I know is looking for a car. I was in a pinch for a new car. I knew exactly what I wanted, I found it online and I called to tell someone that I was going to come in and test drive the car. I was lucky enough to have a great salesman who was so very polite and friendly. He made my experience PAINLESS. I needed a car in legitimately two days before I left for New York to go back to school. He made everything possible. I got a great price, a BEAUTIFUL car and AMAZING service.
