We had test driving, went through car specs, he answered my questions, gave me several advice but respect my choice at the end. He helped me to contact my insurance company and settled it down. He has good knowledge about the car(s). He explained the feature of the car that I finally bought in detail. You gain knowledge about car when you talk to him. The overall experience with this dealer was also smooth and efficient. Steve did a very good job, I would recommend this dealership, especially Steve Warren to anybody who has interesting to VW. More
Very Poor Experience I recently visited Kelly VW with my family to test drive and potentially purchase a VW Sportwagen. Our experience was fairly standard at first - we dr I recently visited Kelly VW with my family to test drive and potentially purchase a VW Sportwagen. Our experience was fairly standard at first - we drove the car, talked colors, options, etc... The salesperson was fine – not great, but we went through the motions and all was OK. If the price was right, we would’ve bought the car that day. This quickly changed once price became a part of the conversation. Like anyone else, my goal was to get the vehicle for the lowest price possible - period. I think this is pretty standard, yet when I challenged their "best quote", I was met with a surly attitude and borderline aggressive posture. Despite the claim that the quote was the best they could do, the salesperson kept pressing me to give him my number, after I mentioned that I wanted to see if I could do better elsewhere. He continued on what felt like an interrogation. This was followed by offensive comments regarding whether this car was right for me based upon price (meanwhile I pulled into the lot in my Lexus SUV). As if this wasn’t bad enough, the floor manager stepped in and instead of saving the situation; he escalated it by snickering at my plan of checking the competition, accusing me of playing games, and trying to make me feel guilty about him “having to work on a Sunday”. Needless to say, this was a deal breaker for me no matter what the price and we left, but not without getting a snide “have a nice day” from the same floor manager. Not only has this soured my feelings regarding this particular dealership, but it makes me want to steer away from any of the Kelly dealerships, which is a shame, because I am sure there are plenty of great people there based on other reviews I have seen, but I can only speak to my experience. A few things of note: 1. This is the first review of any business I have ever written, which should tell you something. 2. I work in the financial world and am not offended easily – especially when talking numbers. 3. I arrived at the dealership with my 19 mth old, 8 mth pregnant wife, and my parents. This was a rare chance where we had someone to watch the baby while we shopped – hence we were not “playing games”. 4. My last car purchase was a Lexus (a luxury brand with a somewhat snooty reputation) and the salespeople couldn’t have been nicer – especially when we were negotiating price. 5. In my book, the best you can hope for in a car buying experience is feeling like you got a good price - even if you didn’t. Had they kindly explained/proved that the quote was the best around I likely would’ve caved or at least come back if I failed to find a better price. 6. If I go with a VW, I will gladly pay more elsewhere to be treated respectfully. More
My experience at Kelly VW was probably one of the best I have ever had. I was greeted by the sales guy Steve Warren who was friendly & welcomed us. He was courteous, professional, and exceedingly helpful as we worked through the various options we were considering for our new vehicle. just great. He provided excellent guidance and delivered on all of the promises he made to us in terms of how the sale would work. Most importantly, he helped us reach a fully acceptable price and made sure we were able to get the exact color and model we were looking for. We were very happy with our Kelly experience (and in fact this is our second Kelly purchase in two years). We would highly recommend Ramon Bejaran and Kelly, and will almost certainly return to this dealership as our vehicle needs evolve. More
I had a very positive experience recently with Kelly VW. They were able to really come through with great customer service after an initial issue with a snow tire installation. I only gave 4s for: Quality of Work: I did have to go back, so that's why they were dinged a point. However, the level of service provided leading up to and during the return visit was fantastic. Overall Experience: Again, I did have to go back, hence they were dinged a point. I do admit to have been in a bit of a sticky wicket on the initial visit - having been towed in with two flat tires (potholes!) - so I couldn't even leave under my own power since the spare was already used. And they didn't have a loaner available, or I would've left the car - and that probably would've avoided the return visit. So, having to go back, and not having a loaner available I think merits losing a point. Otherwise, the experience was very, very good. More

During the test drive portion of the sale Steve was courteous and polite and answered all of my questions regarding the CPO process and the vehicle. When we returned Steve walked through the sales process, we bartered and quickly brokered a deal. I would recommend Steve and his relaxed, no pressure, sales approach to anyone looking to buy a VW hassle free. I had a follow up question regarding some recent service history documentation, Steve was quick to respond to my needs and promptly had the documents delivered the next morning. More
