Dear Mike, I wanted to apologize for your sub par experience with our store and appreciate your feedback. It is a good way for my team to understand how important proper communication is. Your time is very valuable and I'm sorry that we acted as though we did not respect that and presented you with a less than quality product when you arrived. The car was obviously not up to our standards as well and was not ready to present. Had we put our hands on the car as we described we would, we would have had a chance to call you and either reschedule or explain the condition and leave the decision to visit up to you.
