Great Service Experience I came in for a 25,000 oil change, to get an inspection sticker and have them check my brakes. After a short time, Dave came by to say that the front I came in for a 25,000 oil change, to get an inspection sticker and have them check my brakes. After a short time, Dave came by to say that the front brakes need to be replaced and that they have the parts in stock. Since they should not have failed this soon, they did all the work under warranty. Since it was going to take 3+ hours, he offered me a loaner for free and I was on my way. Returned and picked up my car, washed and serviced and all set. What a great dealer experience. Top notch service. Hats off to Dave Poirier for being right on the ball for me, all of this on a busy Friday. More

After having had an awful experience trying to buy a new Golf Sportwagen TDI at another dealership, I was hesitant as to what my experience would be w After having had an awful experience trying to buy a new Golf Sportwagen TDI at another dealership, I was hesitant as to what my experience would be with Kelly VW. After weeks of back and forth with Jason Eisnor (while I was working on selling my wife's car private party), I was finally able to sell her car and agreed on a price through email with Jason. He could not have been more patient with the whole process. I then spoke with Brendan Kelly who talked me through the whole process and ensured the deal would be as discussed. I came into the dealership and was greeted by Ryley who was fantastic throughout the entire process. He walked me through every feature of the car, and followed up after having driven the car to the Cape the next day to see how we liked it. Kendra in finance was amazing! This was the first time I have actually enjoyed sitting through the finance portion of buying a car. I was even approached while looking at other cars on the lot by Kevin in service, who just wanted to introduce himself and show me the service process. I have never had a better experience at a car dealership! I plan to buy another VW in the future just to go back to Kelly. Thank you all for a great experience. -JPV More

It was a challenging transaction in that i was ordering a car ('15 GTI) and wanted some specific options. I began my pursuit of the car prior to it's being available. They were out in Europe and so there were some details, but how the U.S. models would be packaged was unclear. Jason was thorough, professional and a good communicator. If he didn't know the answer to my many questions he said so and researched where he could and got the answers when they became available. In the end I got the car I wanted, optioned the way i specified and at a reasonable price. I've been told I'm demanding. My highest recommendation to Kelly and particularly Jason Ludwig. More

My vehicle needed some minor repairs which were replaced under warranty plus a recall on the water pump. I also received a complimentary vehicle for the day without any charges. I am beyond satisfied with Kelly Volkswagen of Danvers and will continue to do business in the future with this dealership. More

Easiest car I ever bought I came to Kelly for a simple repair on my 2010 Jetta. At the same time my son's Jeep had just bit the dust and needed to be "replaced". In less than I came to Kelly for a simple repair on my 2010 Jetta. At the same time my son's Jeep had just bit the dust and needed to be "replaced". In less than an hour Jackie Amodeo had identified the right Jetta to address my need and had his Finance colleagues complete the leasing paperwork. By the time my car was ready so was my new one! Anthony Belmonte is GREAT! I recently traded in my 2012 Passat for a 2012 Eos. I worked with Anthony from the very beginning. He understood what I wanted and how willing I was t I recently traded in my 2012 Passat for a 2012 Eos. I worked with Anthony from the very beginning. He understood what I wanted and how willing I was to wait for just the right car. He kept me updated, almost daily and answered all of my questions, even though I am sure I drove him crazy! I had found the right car, but it was at a dealership in Rhode Island. He tried to get the vehicle for me, but the other dealership wouldn't cooperate. So, I took a trip down there and test drove the car. It was the color I wanted (inside and out), had all of the features I wanted, great mileage, a year newer, and priced right. It was perfect and I loved it, but something just wasn't right. I didn't get the welcome feeling from the dealership that I had received from Anthony. So, I didn't buy it. Later that week, Anthony emailed to say one had come in. It wasn't the color I wanted, but he wanted me to look at it. I went the next night and fell in love again. It wasn't exactly what I wanted. It was the wrong color, a 2012, but had low mileage. I contemplated for a day or so, comparing the 2012 to the 2013. Late one night, I emailed Anthony and flat out asked him why I should buy the car from him, and not Rhode Island. He took the time to write back such a thoughtful and meaningful email, that I was so moved. I appreciated the time and effort he put into that reply, so much so, that it was his answer that made the sale. He respected me as a person and not just a sale. The night I picked up my "new" Eos, Anthony spent the time to go over the car's features. When I got home, I noticed they had placed the wrong license plates on the car, so I called the dealership immediately. Anthony was kind enough to find the correct plates and offered to stop by my house on the way home to swap them out. THAT is customer service. When the time comes for me to trade in my 2012 Eos (which I am LOVING BY THE WAY) I will reach out to Anthony without a doubt. Thank you Anthony for a great experience. More
