Sales rep review - Ryley Pells Ryley Pells was a pleasure to work with when I bought my VW Jetta this past July. It had been nine years since my last car purchase and obviously car Ryley Pells was a pleasure to work with when I bought my VW Jetta this past July. It had been nine years since my last car purchase and obviously cars had changed significantly in that time period. I needed a lot of education on the new features today's cars come equipped with and Ryley took the time to bring me up to date. He expertly answered my multiple questions and was very patient with dealing with my obvious lack of technical expertise. I am sure I asked some questions more than just once, but Ryley patiently provided me with the answers as though it was the first time I had asked each question. It was not that he did not answer my questions correctly the first time I asked, it was that I needed to have things explained to me more than once. I'm over 50, it's not easy!!! Ryley was personable, professional, knowledge and fun to work with throughout my car purchasing process. I would definitely buy another car from Ryley and would definitely return to Kelly VW. Service Advisor D Poirier could have been more helpful. My wife brought my car in (unplanned) due to what turned out to be a nail in one of the rear tires. My wife mentioned to the Service Advisor that we My wife brought my car in (unplanned) due to what turned out to be a nail in one of the rear tires. My wife mentioned to the Service Advisor that we had Extended Warranty to which the Advisor asked if we bought the car at Kelly. When she explained that we had bought it at Tully up in Manchester NH he didn't seem interested in the Extended Warranty. In summary maintenance found a very small bubble in the other rear tire so the Advisor recommended purchase of a replacement tire. When my wife asked if she could get by for today without a new tire they suggested putting on the spare tire ... but didn't because they said the bubble wasn't that bad. I arrived to switch cars with my wife and to get the lowdown on their findings. The Advisor had Steve one of the maintenance technicians to go over his findings. Steve was very good showing me the bubble and when I mentioned the Extended Warranty ( which I keep in the Glove Box) we looked thru it together and came across the Road Hazard Tire Coverage Policy by Fidelity Warranty Services which he brought to the Advisor's attention. The Advisor asked if I wanted to come back tomorrow to see about coverage. I suggested that since I was there that he should try and contact the Warranty Company which he asked what time it was , qpprox 4:20 PM. He then got approval from Fidelity and had the tire replaced. I asked about the warranty picking up the $15 cost for plugging the tire and the Advisor said that he couldn't refund the cash funds since it was already processed but that I could contact them to see about reimbursement. I would like Kelly to have a copy of all my warranty information in their files and refer to check on warranty coverage before charging me for future services .... that would be consistent with an upscale Dealership, which Kelly appears to be. I am impressed with the facilities at Kelly's VW, the text message (11/10) reporting Steve's walk around of my car with his visual findings and previous Advisor ( Armando ) support from Kelly VW. More

Happy Camper Great service. I had made an appointment, and Dan was waiting for me. It was a 30k mile service, and he told me what it entailed, and how long it woul Great service. I had made an appointment, and Dan was waiting for me. It was a 30k mile service, and he told me what it entailed, and how long it would take. While waiting, he came out to inform me that my rear wheel alignment was out, and explained the process, and the cost. The work was done on time, and I'm very happy with the experience. while there, I had a great talk with my sales guy, George Sousa. I'm a long time customer, and plan to buy another VW when my lease runs out next April. More
Extended Warranty I had an exceptional service experience. My 2011 vw Tiguan showed an engine light - I had the light read and contacted the dealer to see if there was I had an exceptional service experience. My 2011 vw Tiguan showed an engine light - I had the light read and contacted the dealer to see if there was anything they could do on the off chance. Not only did Dominic look into my issue, he returned my call promptly informing me that there was an extended warranty and he found two additional recalls. He suggested I come in early and have all three issues repaired. Following his suggestion, I dropped my (dirty & broken) car off with David Poirier (who was great) and returned to a clean, and repaired vehicle with no bill. Such a great experience! More
A Dealership par Excellence I had decided to pick up a used car (Honda Accord Coupe V6) which was available here. The Great experience started from True car where as soon as I submitted my interest, I got a call form Lauren. She was never Pushy and when i said that I am looking at the same car at some other dealership with similar details at a lesser price, she very politely requested me to come in for a Viewing and they will try to match the price. I went in the same day and was helped out by Ryley through out the process. He very promptly said, "Lets take a test drive, rest we can discuss later" and by the time I was back from the test drive, I loved the car. Even though I was getting the Finance from outside, the dealership showed no hesitation. I signed the Sale agreement then and there. While waiting for the check from my bank and after handing over the check, Ryley kept me informed on all the step by step updates via email. Also anytime I had a query, Ryley usually replied within 10 mins. Also the best part was during the Delivery. I reached the dealership and as soon as I stepped out of my rental car, I saw Ryley standing right in front of me with a big smile and keys in hand ! Man it looked like he was just waiting for me :) . I am surely Impressed by this dealership and really love their customer focus. At no point did anyone try to push any of those schemes down my throat. !! Thanks to everyone at the dealership ! More
