I had a very good experience with Peter Simmons at Kelly. He was helpful, informed and not too pushy. My car came a month earlier than expected which was great! Peter took all the time I needed to help me understand all the ins and outs of an EV which I have not had before. He was great. The only downside was after we had almost closed the deal with the business manager, I was presented with the extended warranty, almost 3k in addition. I would have been happier had this been presented up front with a discussion on pros and cons. Turns out this is a typical practice and in my opinion, not a good one. Otherwise, a very positive experience. More

Had front end work done on my 2019 Volkswagen Atlas It was grinding every time I turned hard right or hard left they took it for a ride and diagnosed the problem. Kelly Volkswagen told me it would be was grinding every time I turned hard right or hard left they took it for a ride and diagnosed the problem. Kelly Volkswagen told me it would be a couple of days and offered me a courtesy car waiting for some parts. I waited 1 day. Mechanics are horrible. Charged me 1300 for a new fuel pump in a Tiguan with a destroyed engine. Basic diagnostic skills would have shown the issue. I asked if they could take the pump out since the car was totaled and I would pay for labor. They told me no. Also the service manager is condescending and sexist. DON'T HAVE YOUR CAR REPAIRED HERE. GO TO A LOCAL MECHANIC!! More
