I've purchased 4 VW's from Kelly since they opened their dealership 7 or 8(?) years ago, formerly at their old location and now at their shiny new gla I've purchased 4 VW's from Kelly since they opened their dealership 7 or 8(?) years ago, formerly at their old location and now at their shiny new glass and stainless location on route 114. It's always been a good service experience, whenever problems occur (these are cars after all) they are dealt with promptly and professionally. Communication from service is unlike any I have experienced - thorough and complete. Rachel DaSilva is a consummate professional, always brings her A-game. This is not just a fanboy tossing bouquets, I am an extremely fussy customer particularly when it involves my car. Kelly steps up and has earned my loyalty...they will sell me a 5th VW. More

Great Service Showed up at the dealer on a Friday, without an appointment. The waiting room was busy. I was hoping to get an oil change, my cars first one. Service Showed up at the dealer on a Friday, without an appointment. The waiting room was busy. I was hoping to get an oil change, my cars first one. Service Tech explained what was typically included with the cars first scheduled maintenance. Since this was included when I bought the car, I was happy to hear they were willing to do the work even though I didn't make an appointment. They even took care of some software recalls. Plenty of seats in the waiting room, coffee, water etc available. Great experience. More
Wasn't explained what would 20k service involve. Was charged for tire rotation $30 which I didn't ask for.I am from Europe and tire rotation doesn't exist there, it is completely unnecessary as basicall charged for tire rotation $30 which I didn't ask for.I am from Europe and tire rotation doesn't exist there, it is completely unnecessary as basically it involves changing all 4 tires at the same time in the future rather than changing only those which are worn out. Receipt States that complimentary Car Wash was performed but it wasn't ,car came out dirty. Service book was filled with wrong information as next service date and mileage should be in 12 months and 10k miles, but advisor put in current mileage and date. More

I don't know how much of it was mandated by the state and how much by VW, but if there is any way of reducing it, it would be a favor to your leasers. Otherwise, I am pleased by the car and the lease and the two salesmen I had contact with, and look forward to three years of safe and pleasurable driving. More
