I made an appointment to have my car serviced on a Saturday at 10am. I left the dealership and said I would be back in 2 hours, the service writer said he’d call me. When I arrived back at noon my c Saturday at 10am. I left the dealership and said I would be back in 2 hours, the service writer said he’d call me. When I arrived back at noon my car had just started to be serviced. When I asked Ted the service writer he said they service the cars of people who are waiting. No consideration of my time. Ted was rude and told cashier to keep my 📄 my paperwork aside. So they don’t send me a survey. It should tell you that your car will be serviced faster if you wait. My time is just as important!! More
