I enjoyed my experience purchasing a used vehicle at Kelly! Madison checked in and connected me quickly with my salesperson Anthony, who was laid back and not pushy at all. I will admit he did not know the vehicle well but that was not an issue for me at all personally. The most important part is that Anthony and George contacted me several times to check-in and update me, responded to texts and calls promptly, and got everything ready for me incredibly fast. I had just had a frustrating experience elsewhere, and I felt like this was the complete opposite experience; they were on top of things, professional, and were trying to get me into the vehicle fast, which was a top priority for me. The person in the office was also super nice and friendly, but I don't have their name. This was definitely easy and I love my new car, thank you! More

Waited two hours to get an oil change only to get the car back with the oil change now code still active. Opened the hood to check and found oil all over the motor. The level of incompetence by the tech wh back with the oil change now code still active. Opened the hood to check and found oil all over the motor. The level of incompetence by the tech who did the oil change was unbelievable. Never going back here. The service team in the show room were exemplary especially Christian. He had the motor cleaned of oil and refunded my money. That guy was wonderful. stay away from this place More
