I enjoyed my experience purchasing a used vehicle at Kelly! Madison checked in and connected me quickly with my salesperson Anthony, who was laid back and not pushy at all. I will admit he did not know Kelly! Madison checked in and connected me quickly with my salesperson Anthony, who was laid back and not pushy at all. I will admit he did not know the vehicle well but that was not an issue for me at all personally. The most important part is that Anthony and George contacted me several times to check-in and update me, responded to texts and calls promptly, and got everything ready for me incredibly fast. I had just had a frustrating experience elsewhere, and I felt like this was the complete opposite experience; they were on top of things, professional, and were trying to get me into the vehicle fast, which was a top priority for me. The person in the office was also super nice and friendly, but I don't have their name. This was definitely easy and I love my new car, thank you! More

This is the second car I bought at Kelly Volkswagen and both times I had excellent service. Madison was very helpful in setting me up an appointment for my visit and was quick to answer any questions I had both times I had excellent service. He knew alot about the car I was purchasing, and was very patient with me in explaining the cars features. Barry was also very understanding and patient with me. I highly recommend and definitely will go back to Kelly Volkswagen in the future. More
