Watch Your Wallet No longer takes competitor coupon. Claims they use special stuff for oil change. I am sure it is nothing special except Nissan brand. Was told 50 minutes for oil change WITH appointment. I am not sure why since Express oil businesses take 10 minutes. Typically Kelly does a thorough vehicle inspection which is fine, but not needed every time. I asked to skip the vehicle check as they did it a month ago and I am in a rush. I do not want to buy everything they are selling, and at their dealer prices. Better pricing elsewhere, as expected. More

Nissan Service was excellent! I recently took my vehicle in for interior and exterior parts that we owed to me when I purchased the vehicle. I dealt with Raul as my service advisor I recently took my vehicle in for interior and exterior parts that we owed to me when I purchased the vehicle. I dealt with Raul as my service advisor. He was very nice and courteous. He took the time to call me once my vehicle was done and explained everything that was done to my car. Also the young lady that scheduled my appointment was very nice!! Her name was Felicia and she was very professional about doing her job. She should be a service advisor with her skills as a people person! I also asked Raul the technicians name that worked on my car and he told me it was Leo, i asked Raul to thank him for me personally for doing an amazing job!!! More
