They stink. Give the run around, low quality of work, slow, dishonest salesman and managers. Was told car had remote entry, was not there at time of purchase. Car also had body damage "unseen" by the d slow, dishonest salesman and managers. Was told car had remote entry, was not there at time of purchase. Car also had body damage "unseen" by the dealership. During first repair attempt, tried to get her to accept a shotty repair where the dent was still visable. Finally fixed dent but left the car out of fuel and dirty inside, also left buffing compound all over exterior. Lousy and I won't go back More
After visiting 4 Honda dealers, 2 Toyota dealers, and 2 Nissan dealers to buy a compact sedan, this was by far our best experience in car shopping. Friendly, helpful, respectful, professional service fro Nissan dealers to buy a compact sedan, this was by far our best experience in car shopping. Friendly, helpful, respectful, professional service from salesman Mike Walsh---he made us feel comfortable in the whole process, wasn't pushy or slick. We got a fair deal and didn't feel taken advantage of or patronized. I would totally recommend Mike, especially to women who just wanted to be treated like capable, intelligent consumers. Mike was great. Pleasant experience with the business manager, too. No surprises, and no pushback when we didn't choose the typically hyped "add-ons" at the paperwork stage. This was overall a much better experience than I have had buying a car previously. More
Have taken my year old Xterra there several times for service that should have been covered by warranty. Every time they had a reason why it wasn't covered and told me I would have to pay to get the prob service that should have been covered by warranty. Every time they had a reason why it wasn't covered and told me I would have to pay to get the problem fixed (battery post, fusable link, etc). Yet when I left and took it to a different dealership it was fixed under warranty- no questions asked. Furthermore, their service manager was awful and had no intentions of trying to make me a happy customer. He turned down a warrantied service repair because he was 100% sure that the part wasn't defective. The next dealership confirmed that the part was defective and fixed it under warranty. The people at IRA Nissan are crooks who try to upcharge you on service requests and dont care about the customers happiness. More

ON NOVEMBER 18 2006 I WENT TO SEE A CAR THAT I SAW ON THE INTERNET, NISSAN ALTIMA 2003 INDIGO BLUE. I CALLED THE PLACED AND I MADE AN APPOINTMENT. ONCE AT THE DEALERSHIP THE PERSEON I TALKED TO OVER THE PHON INTERNET, NISSAN ALTIMA 2003 INDIGO BLUE. I CALLED THE PLACED AND I MADE AN APPOINTMENT. ONCE AT THE DEALERSHIP THE PERSEON I TALKED TO OVER THE PHONE ASSIGNED ME VINY MASSY AS THE SALES CONSULTANT AND WHEN THE CAR WAS SHOWN TO ME IT DID NOT MATCH THE DESCRIPTIONS OF THE ONE OFFERED ON THEIR WEBSITE LISTING. I HAD TO KEEP LOOKING UNTIL I FOUND SOME OTHER CAR THAT ACCOMMODATED TO MY BUDGET AND PREFERENCES. I FINALLY FOUND A SAME BRAND CAR BUT A LITTLE MORE EXPENSIVE AND BROWN. I DECIDED TO PURCHASE IT THE NIGHT OF THE 18TH AND I GOT TO SIGN ALL PAPER WORKS. NEXT MORNING I WENT BACK TO TAKE A CLOSER LOOK AT THE CAR EXTERIOR AND I FOUND SOME DEEP DENTS WHICH I SHOWED TO MASSY AND DIBLASSY AND THEY TOLD ME THEY HAD NOT NOTICED THEM BEFORE. AFTER CONVERSING WE GOT TO THE AGREEMENT THAT THEY WOULD FIX THE CAR FOR ME. IT HAS BEEN TWO WEEKS OF FALSE PROMISES AND I HAVE NOT STILL BEEN GIVEN FORMAL DELIVERY OF THE CAR. THEY HAVE GIVEN ME DEADLINES WHEN THE CAR WOULD BE READY TO BE PICKED UP AND THEY HAVE POSTPONED IT FOUR TIMES BECAUSE THE CAR HAS NOT BEEN FINISHED YET. TWO DAYS AGO I HAD TO CALL THE DEALER TO SEE IF THEY COULD ARRANGE A CAR RENTAL AND WE DID. I HAD TWO PAY A $150 DEPOSIT TO RENT THE CAR AND THE DEALER WOULD PAY FOR THE RENTAL. ALL THESE COULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED IF BOTH VINY MASSY AND MIKE DIBLASI WOULD HAVE GIVEN MORE PRIORITY TO THIS SITUATION . LAST TIME I CALLED THEY SAIED THEY HAD NOT CONTROL OVER THE BODY SHOP WHERE THEY SENT THE CAR. VINY MASSY WORDS WERE "C..... BE COOL" , WHICH SOUND VERY DISRESPECTFUL. More
I was provided a relative quote (i.e. "$xxxx off msrp") over email when discussing a particular vehicle, however when I visited the dealership I was told that the relative quote was not for the vehi msrp") over email when discussing a particular vehicle, however when I visited the dealership I was told that the relative quote was not for the vehicle I has asked about in the email. This is a good way to get a customer into the dealership, but doesn't sit well at the end of the day.

They pushed really hard to sell a comparable used vehicle similar to the new one I was interested in but had added options that I did not care about.

I found another dealership in the area that is much easier to deal with and much more up front with information so I would not recommend Ira Nissan.
