I chose to visit IRA Nissan of Stoneham after I test drove the vehicle at Kelly Nissan of Lynnfield. When I went to IRA of Stoneham, I was pleased with the manner in which I was treated and appreciated the fact that the business manager took the time to explain the leasing program to me. We worked out an agreement that was in the price range that was affordable for me. The salesman (Lebelo) made a follow-up call to check in and see how things were going. More
I came to Ira Nissan / Woburn looking to puchase a new car as my old car was no longer able to pass inspection. I hate shopping for new cars and tend to "hang on" to my old cars for too long. Last time I purchased a new car in 2003 the process was very tenious to me and took a total of about a week going back and forth arguing over the price of the car and dealing with the Financial person at this other dealership. My dealing with Ira Nissan / Woburn couldn't have been more of an opposite experience. I was made to feel at home and was asked what I wanted in my new car instead of told what I should be getting in my new car. Belo Makhene, my sales consultant was very thourough in explaining to me the features in the new Altima's I was looking at but when I told him what I wanted he focused and found me that car on his lot. Working with his Sales Manager, Mike Coco they took what was a week long battle the last time I purchase a car and made it into what amounted to a 2 day, 6 hour, experience that made me feel welcome and respected. I would and will recommend Ira Nissan / Woburn, as well as Belo and Mike to anyone who asks me where they should go to look for a new car. More
After a week of deciding what to do, I was exhausted from the process. it's not a process I enjoy at all, getting a new car, old car, lease a car, whatever the issue is. I am always on my guard when I enter a car showroom because car salespeople have a terrible reputation and some of it is warranted. I came into the Nissan dealership last, as that is where my lease was from, and I wanted to research everything before I came into the showroom to I had enough information to know what was out there, the deals, etc. Igor waited on us. He was friendly and knowledgeable and able to give us the numbers we wanted right away. I was able to get a good deal on the Altima. More

I didn't plan on buying a car today- just looking and checking prices. After driving a new Sentra and discussing price - I wanted my payment to be comparable to what I was currently paying and that is wh checking prices. Belo was very professional, answered all my questions, wasn't pushy and came up with a deal I was happy with. I went home with a new car!!!Of course I would have liked it to cost a little less - wouldn't everyone? More

I was turning in a leased Pathfinder. I have leased at least 5 Nissan's but the last couple at Ira Nissan. I have been very happy with my overall treatment with this dealership. I recently leased a Murano from Ira Nissan of Woburn. I dealt with Willy and Nick. They were both wonderfully helpful. Nick was very knowledgable about the car and easily answered all my questions. We decided to start looking for a car knowing at some point in the next few months our current car would need to be replaced. Our only requirements was our 160lb dog would be able to fit, AWD and a sunro point in the next few months our current car would need to be replaced. Our only requirements was our 160lb dog would be able to fit, AWD and a sunroof. We narrowed it down to a Nissan or a Subaru. We stopped into Nissan and met with Willy and Jose and they were wonderful. We test drove the Murano, and Jose was very knowledgeable about the car as well as it's competitors. We loved the car but were not sure our dog would fit, and we still wanted to test drive the Subaru. Willy was great told us to bring the dog by whenever and also referred us to his friend at Subaru. After test driving the Subaru we went back to speak with Willy & Jose. We told them what we wanted to spend and after a little back and forth they were able to meet our price on a brand new Murano. When we picked up the car, the visor clip was not clicking into place and they sent someone to our house the next day to fix it. Also we had a little issue with the registration transfer and we called Jose which happen to be his day off and he took care of it without any hesitation! Neither one of us were looking forward to buying a new car but had a really pleasant experience with IRA. More

I have never owned a Nissan so I didn't know much about them. When I decided I wanted to buy, I then dealt with Steve and Mike. The negotiation was awful. I had done internet research and thought I was asking for a fair price. I wasn't asking for below invoice price or a huge mark up on my trade. Steve kept going back to "check with the manager" about my price and return having inched up. I finally left and said I would think about it. Mike called me on my cell phone on the way home and came up another few hundred dollars. I told him I needed to think about it and I didn't want to be pressured on my drive home. I finally emailed Mike the next day and asked for my original offer and he accepted it. Ultimately I got the car I wanted at the price I wanted. But I was shocked at how badly they handled the negotiation. There are 2 other Nissan dealerships in my area. Had it not been for my loyaly to Belo, I would have taken my business elsewhere. More
