Mike Walsh did an excellent job of helping me pick out a new Murano. He was friendly and knowledgeable. I really enjoyed the test drives. Went in looking for a good price on a new/used Rogue...I wanted any color except white or black, leather, with a moonroof. The salesman showed me a 2005 Murano with the same miles as my trade-in. No moonroof, no leather, it was black, the cupholders and seats were broken. Then he offered me a brand new rogue for my same car payment and after he talked to his finance guy he gave me a price of $50 more!!! I had to ask for the keys to my trade-in back....horrible More
The sales representatives did not pressure you when you were looking around the lot. They just simply left you alone until you came into the dealership. We first contacted the dealership via the internet for a purchase of a new Murano LE. They quoted a great price which substantially beat the competition. These guys are extremely disorganized. I called ahead and setup an appointment to meet with their sales manager, when I got their I waited for about 45 minutes before someone could help me, and it wasn't and setup an appointment to meet with their sales manager, when I got their I waited for about 45 minutes before someone could help me, and it wasn't the same person I had an appointment with. Additionally, the map they have on their website sends you to Cedar Ave. not Street, so I wound up in a residential neighborhood. Also, whenever I called, I would be transfered like 5 times to different people, and frequent wound back talking to the confused receptionist. These guys are bozos. I was also looking for a specific model / color and called in advance of when I got their and they said they had it in stock. When I go there 20 minutes later, they had "just sold that car". How convenient / shady. They tried to upsell me on other models, but I was firm on that make as I knew other dealers had it in stock. They said they would get one for me and sell it to me at the agreed upon price. Of course, they never found that car. Tried to upsell me again on pricier model before I took my business to another dealer who got me a better deal anyway. More
The whole staff at Ira Nissan of Woburn made buying our new Altima a very enjoyable experience. Belo was smart and friendly.
