Words can't express the nightmare I went through with this dealership. My lease was up on my 06 Sentra and I had questions on what my options would be at the end of my lease. After multiple phone calls and visits none of my questions were answered, and to make matters worse their story would change with each visit. First it went from, "No problem, just bring the car to us if you want to buy it outright and we can push the paperwork through", to, "Actually it looks like the car will have to sit on the lot for 2-3 weeks until the title switches over, and no we can't pay for you to have a rental car while you wait" to, "actually it looks like it will be closer to 7-10 weeks since we are having issues with getting the title" to, "actually Nissan no longer offers lease buyouts on cars since it is too much of a headache for us." This is with a written contract in my hand stating my buyout price and options at the end of my lease. They blatantly lied to my face at every turn, and were EXTREMELY rude to boot. Please stay away from this dealership at all costs. I know I'm not the only person that has run into similiar issues, and when it comes time to end your lease/purchased car for another vehicle or service, you will end up regretting ever stepping foot in the door of this dealership. Do yourself a favor and go to another authorized Nissan dealer not affiliated with Ira. I recommend Colonial Nissan of Medford. They were truthful up front and jumped through hoops to have every issue resolved for me within hours. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM IRA NISSAN WOBURN!! More
shawn crowley, was great. he was very pleasant and had a lot of knowledge on vehicle i looking at (versa) aswell as the brand "nissan". He was very detailed showing me the car and would pause and ask if i h lot of knowledge on vehicle i looking at (versa) aswell as the brand "nissan". His customer service was outstanding - while in the showroom he several times offered water, soda, coffee and popcorn. i was cold he offered me his coat. the best thing about shawn is that he was NOT an overbearing salesman. We called IRA and they said they had the car that I wanted - a black Nissan Maxima. They set up an appointment for us to come in that Saturday. We were greeted and Phil Failahi was our salesperson. I went in to look at a used car because I was tired of fixing my 11 yr old car. I NEVER thought I could afford a new car. I had been searching online for sales for 2 months and just couldn't find what I wanted/needed. Mike worked with me, my sister and my father to find me the best deal. I left with a 2009 Nissan Versa 1.8S at a better price than my original quote for the 2007 Nissan Sentra. I purchased on 6/28/09, about 2 weeks later I received a call that they were having a promotion in July and wanted to extend it to a me for purchasing at the end of June. I resigned at a better interest rate - with no complaints on my end of course! When I did sign all the work, Karl, was awesome and was a no pressure sales man. Yes, I did add a remote start & an alarm. Awesome deal and felt no pressure to add anything I didn't need/want. NOTE: I only scored a 4 on customer service b/c I did have to wait over an hour to just sign paper work. This wait was only b/c they were busy with other customers & not b/c I was ignored. More

All the Woburn Ira Nissan employees I dealt with, from Mike Coco the Sales Manager, to Shawn Crowley, my salesman, to Willy Moy, the General Manager, and finally the Finance Manager, were courteous and a joy to deal with.
