I recently purchased a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle from Kelly Nissan of Woburn. I must say I was not overly impressed with the service I receive. Upon entering the showroom My son in law and I were ignored Kelly Nissan of Woburn. I must say I was not overly impressed with the service I receive. Upon entering the showroom My son in law and I were ignored by the two women seated inside the door. We were never greeted or acknowledged until my son in law spoke to them. The General Sales Manager Aurys Pena then greeted us, told us he would have the vehicle I was interested in brought to us. We were then assigned to Dan Sacari as our sales person. He was extremely rude, arrogant and extended absolutely no customer service to e or my son in law. When my son in law attempted to discuss pricing he said he would not speak to the manager and walked away and ignored us. He did not come back to complete the sale until he was instructed to do so. I will not have anything to do wit Dan ever again. He acted like a spoiled little child. I did not bring plates with me at the time of the sale and therefore had to return the following Monday to pick up the vehicle. Even though Dan had given his word that he would be there to complete the purchase, he was not. Apparently his word means nothing. On Monday, Michael Sullivan offered to put the plates on the vehicle and was kind enough to explain the workings of the vehicle to me. Dan Sicari did not do any of this. Michael was so kind he even synched my phone to the blue tooth system for me. Any future issues I have I will contact Michael Sullivan not Dan Sicari to help me. Dan is an awful salesperson and should not be i a customer service job. Michael Sullivan on the other hand was delightful. Aurys Pena was also polite and helpful. Kelly Nissan needs to focus on customer service more intently. More
This was not a routine maintenance appointment. My Nissan Rouge showed the airbag light. I got a prompt service appointment for the following day. My vehicle was seen immediately at the appointed time and t Rouge showed the airbag light. I got a prompt service appointment for the following day. My vehicle was seen immediately at the appointed time and the service team diagnosed the problem right away. Brianna, the service representative, called me soon after and let me know that the problem was being fixed and that the vehicle would be ready by 4:30pm. I think the service was exceptional and Brianna was very professional. I will return to get my vehicle serviced here as I have done for the last five years. Brianna should be commended for doing a great job. More
