I couldn't decide if I wanted to by the car I was leasing or lease a new one. With Juanmy's help, he told me the options I had. I wanted to keep my payments around the same amount I was now paying. After considering all the options, I decided it was be best for me to lease again. I think the staff there is very helpful. More
I bought a used 2009 Nissan Altima earlier this month at Ira Nissan Woburn and so far am having a great experience. Belo, my sales consultant, was very helpful; he took the time to first find out what I was looking for in a car. Before we took the Altima on a test drive, he explained all the features to me and made sure I felt comfortable. During the test drive he answered all our questions and seemed very knowledgeable about the car. After I decided on the car, Belo worked with his finance manager to give me a price that worked. This was my first car buying experience, and I was a bit overwhelmed by all the details but Belo and his associates were very patient and explained everything along the way. Also, Belo assisted in getting me set up for service appointments...they have an online booking system, which is super convenient. I am definitely recommending IRA Nissan Woburn and Belo to my friends/family for their next car buying experience. More
I bought a new Nissan Altima Coupe in August of 2009 at Ira Nissan and have had a great experience, both in he buying process and with the service department for my scheduled maintenance. This was my first Ira Nissan and have had a great experience, both in he buying process and with the service department for my scheduled maintenance. This was my first new car-buying experience and Dave did a great job showing me the cars that I was interested in while not putting any pressure on me to do things too quickly. After I test drove the car, I went to a few other dealerships and checked out some other makes and models. I came back a few days later intending to purchase the car, and again Dave was friendly and patient. We worked out a deal that all of us were happy about (something that I feel is rare judging from friends' experiences at other dealerships). When I picked up the car a few days later, Dave had pulled it into the service garage (it was raining that day) so that it could get dried off and detailed. He spent some time going over all the features again so that I knew how to use everything before sending me on my way. The couple times that I have brought the car in for scheduled maintenance, the service department has been just as great. Both times, they were quick in getting the work done and the waiting room was comfortable with free wifi and coffee. I would recommend Ira Nissan and Dave to anybody that i knew looking to buy a new car. More

I was not sure what car model I wanted and was quickly customized the perfect Nissan that met my needs and budget. I left the dealership to do some other car comparison but after shopping around I quickly returned to Nissan and Hicham and made a very confident and well informed decision. The Nissan Sentra I purchased runs incredibly smooth and I was treated fairly through every step of the process even through the negotiation process. I strongly recommend Hicham at Nissan. He even followed up with me after I drove the car off the lot to make sure I was happy with my car. This is incredible customer service! More
Its nice to see a dealership where you aren't stressed out after you leave. My entire purchase was stress free. Phis is great. This is my 4th Nissan (3rd Altima). I knew I'd be looking to buy this Spring but was in for an oil and battery change last week. While I was waiting, I asked to speak with someone to ask a few questions and one thing led to another and by week's end I had my newest car :) I test drove a car that day with Phil and took my dad back the next day, when I then drove the car and another style, for comparison. By the third day, my husband was free to go in and I had the car shortly thereafter. This is my first time buying from this location but I do get my servicing done there and the location is perfect, so I am really happy. I was also really impressed that Phil offered help with answering questions about all the "gadgety" things inside the car at anytime I needed it. Sometimes questions come later! *** Just a side note ***I love the TV/coffee waiting area. It makes it comfortable while waiting. ~Laura More

We did not intend on purchasing a new vehicle when we walked into Ira Nissan in Woburn this past weekend. We simply intended on browsing the market with the thought of returning to the Toyota dealership walked into Ira Nissan in Woburn this past weekend. We simply intended on browsing the market with the thought of returning to the Toyota dealership to purchase a Camry (since we owned three Toyotas previously). However, we met David Ruf - he took the time to introduce us to the Nissan line - and ultimately to the Altima S (with SL package). David was most courteous, knowledgeable and helpful during the entire process. He convinced us it was the car for us - he took the time to listen to our "needs and wants" and then helped narrow that down to the car we chose. Even after the sale was finalized and we returned to pick the car up the following day, David was meticulous in his delivery of the facts - he would not let us leave the dealership until we were completely comfortable with every knob, switch and detail inside the car. He was most helpful. We would recommend David Ruf very highly if you are in the market for a new car. More
