I have been coming to Nissan for over a year to have my jalopy of a 1996 Sentra serviced and repaired. The guys in the servicing bay have been fantastic, very customer focused, sympathetic, helpful, and th jalopy of a 1996 Sentra serviced and repaired. The guys in the servicing bay have been fantastic, very customer focused, sympathetic, helpful, and thoughtful. The Sentra eventually failed its inpsection so I had to lease a new vehicle. We looked at other dealerships and other brands but ended up with another Sentra and IRA Nissan made the experience relatively easy. Even when there was some tough negotiating over our trade-in, they were flexible enough to allow us to reach a deal. I have no hesitation in recommending these guys. They are professional, not too pushy, and they do not leave you with the normal feeling you get after being in a car dealership that you need a shower! More

My current lease was approaching it's end and it was time to look for a new one. Phil's ability to listen, understand and come back with exactly what the customer is looking for was welcoming! I never felt like I was "trying to get a deal". I did my homework, he listened to our needs and wants in a vehicle in addition to our budget and a few weeks later, here we are. I took my car for oil change and to investigave the noise coming from one of the front tires. After they checked everything in the car, I was told there is nothing wrong exept the tires. They told me to get coming from one of the front tires. After they checked everything in the car, I was told there is nothing wrong exept the tires. They told me to get 4 brand new tires and the noise will be gone. I bought the tires and left my car there. Finally, i got a hold with them after 5 tries, trying to find out if my car is done, and when I get there to pick up my car, they told me the noise is not completely gone, but everything is fine with my car. And the reason I still have noise because of the mileage of the car(90K but my car is in mint condition, never been in the accident). On top of it they scratched the rims very badly while changing tires!! And they broke air monitor on one of the tires!!! Overall, they said they are denying everything!! I went for a noise, and got a bill of 1350$, and the noise is not fixed. After that my local mechanic gave an estimate of 200$ to fix the noise. Your service is horrible!! And expensive!! More
I went to IRA Nissan specifically to take a look at a Jeep. I went in knowing what to expect, or atleast, what I thought I should expect from any car dealership - being pressured and uncomfortable, and I left with the truck I wanted feeling great about the exper thought I should expect from any car dealership - being pressured and uncomfortable, and I left with the truck I wanted feeling great about the experience I had. Belo was great! Was great to work with, he never made me feel pressured, and he handled everything with my car making it an easy and very enjoyable experience (they even had to get the truck I really wanted from another dealership). He was very patient with my requests, going over the numbers and my trade in, as well allowing me the time I needed to make the decision that was right for me. and he was always available to answer my questions, even on his days off he kept in touch and was so prompt. Hank on the finance side of everything was also great to talk with, again, no pressure, was up front and honest. Thank you both for everything! I love my new Xterra! More
I left the dealership thinking how many e-mails I had received from three different IRA individuals. I was given a "prefered customer number" and asked bring it with me to then have an appointment with received from three different IRA individuals. I was given a "prefered customer number" and asked bring it with me to then have an appointment with a fourth IRA employee (Mike Coco, sales manager). I was greeted by yet another IRA employee who I informed about my appointment. The sales manager (Mike Coco) was not available and I was asked to wait for an undetermined amount of time. Despite the fact that I had completed all of the "pre-dealer" visit paperwork, including being per-approved for financing, I was left feeling like a number (versus a real live person). Then upon my arrival to be asked to fill out another form? For what? You have all my information by my NAME. You know..the same one that we are given at birth! I know, I know...you would have expected me to give my number but I am not at a deli, I was there to look at a car. Whatever happened to dealing with people and not feeling like a number? More
