I requested a quote on Kelly Blue Book. Within 2 minutes Mike Miribelli contacted me with a quote. Without the quote on line I would not have visited the dealership. Sales person Juanmy Reinoso, was the best sales person I interacted with on my car search. Looked at three other cars (Honda, Ford, Hyundi)and because I was not ready to buy that day wasnt treated with much interacted with on my car search. I was considering purchasing a new vehicle about 6 weeks ago and test drove a 2010 Nissan Maxima. After doing so I was bombarded with E-mails from Ira. On Sunday, 8/15/10, I test drove the car again. I was given a verbal quote and never got a hard coopy quote. The next day I asked the sales rep to E-mail me the quote with options I selected. Silence. Called the next day 8/17/10, and got him on the phone. He was busy all day. Then I was finally told that the "actual" pricing was $2,500 - $3,000 more than they verbally quoted. I would never recommend this dealer and their practices to anyone. More
I brought my car in for air conditioning repair. The winter comes and goes and then in late spring, the system again is not working, I ended up dealing with the general manager who investigated the problem and resolved my issue to my satisfaction. I have been doing business with IRA Nissan of Woburn since 2005 and can honestly say it has been a pleasure each and every time. I have had my Nissan Pathfinder service by other dealerships and they can never seem to find the issues I put the vehicle in for, so I then go back to IRA Nissan and and magically they correct it each and every time. I can't say enough of the dealership and the people associated with that dealership. In all I would and have recommended IRA Nissan of Woburn to others. More
I enjoyed working with Juanmy at Ira Nissan, Woburn. I had come prepared and he was able to address all the questions about the vehicle I was interested in. Additionally, we were able to work together to arrive at a price I believe was fare, making the negotiating process fairly straightforward. I would recommend that Ira figure out a way to make their post-sale paperwork process a bit quicker. After agreeing on a price, it took over an hour to complete the transaction - mostly due to paperwork having to be organized by the business manager. Otherwise, it was a simple, straightforward, and relatively painless car buying experience. Great job, Ira of Woburn (esp. Juanmy!). More
When I originally stopped at IRA Nissan of Woburn it was to look at used vehicles not necessarily new ones. I was greeted by Belo Makhene, who listened intently to my expectations, which included my desire to look at used vehicles not necessarily new ones. I was greeted by Belo Makhene, who listened intently to my expectations, which included my desire to trade the vehicle I had (a 1998 Nissan Pathfinder). I found Mr Makhene very knowledgable, friendly, and able to answer every question I presented him. At some point in our discussions, Mr. Makhene made me aware of several advantages to considering a lease on a new vehicle. The points he brough out made sense to me and before long I decided to trust his judgement even further and decided to take advantage of the offer he made to obtain a new Nissan Murano for 39 month lease. I must say that even the process of making a final decision on the selling price of the vehicle went very well. I explained to Mr Makhene my budget requirements and he was able to stay within my limits in order to get me the vehicle I wanted. I was then introduced to Hank who was also very knowledgable and friendly to process all the appropriate forms and contracts. Again I was made aware of several advantages Nissan offers customers in purchasing extended and/or more in-depth warranties for new vehicles. I expressed a desire to add a remote stating device to my purchase and he quickly and efficiently made that possible. All in all I find myself limited when it comes to expressing how satisfied I am with my experience. If there is one thing I could say to sum up my entire experience I would say that I look forward to my future dealings with this dealership and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends. I hope Nissan recognizes what an asset it is to have such friendly and well qualified personel. It is truly an asset to Nissan.
