Came to IRA from 45 minutes away in Nashua to look at a dodge truck I was interested in and had seen online, and the truck was absolutely flawless, the customer service was fantastic, they worked with me o dodge truck I was interested in and had seen online, and the truck was absolutely flawless, the customer service was fantastic, they worked with me on the price quite a bit, and didn't hassle me with the added B.S. that most salesman push on you. I told Marty up front I didn't want to talk down payments or financing, but rather bottom line pricing, because I was set up through DCU, and he was great about it. Towards the end we were down to dealing over a $300 difference and I told them that being a 22 year old $300 bucks is a lot of money, he said he could see if he could split the difference at $150, and he came back and said he did better and only cost me a bit over $100. I got a fantastic deal on a flawless truck and I couldn't be happier. They delivered the truck to my town hall 45 minutes away so I could put plates on it and gave me a great price for my trade. Overall a fantastic experience after two weeks and dozens of crap dealerships with awful service and poor attitudes/salesmanship. More

I have found the overall experience to be somewhat upsetting. I found a 2007 Camry XLE on the internet site that appealed to me. On Friday, June 3, 2011, I drove with my wife and son to Ira Nissan of upsetting. I found a 2007 Camry XLE on the internet site that appealed to me. On Friday, June 3, 2011, I drove with my wife and son to Ira Nissan of Woburn, MA from Connecticut to view this car. Sales Consultant Shawn Crowley came out to greet us. He was quite pleasant, outgoing and informative. After driving a Camry 2008 and the Camry 2007 that I had come to see, I decided to make an offer on the latter. I was informed that Ira Nissan does not negotiate prices. The sales price was $20,488. After discussion with my wife, we agreed. After waiting several minutes, Mr. Crowley returned with a contract that listed the sales price as higher than the list price of $20,488 (added on charges). It became somewhat hostile (and I had to threaten to leave) before the price was returned to the original sales price. My next experience was with Mr. Eric Krist, Financial Director. Mr. Krist is a very charming, soft spoken individual. Mr. Krist convinced me that Ira Nissan could provide a reasonable interest loan through Bank of America. We agreed to finance it through Ira Nissan. During the loan process, Mr. Krist discussed the purchase of an extended warranty to protect this car. Mr. Krist chose to share a personal experience regarding a car purchase for his wife. Mr. Krist stated that he had purchased a newer used car for his wife as well as an extended warranty. He proceeded to tell us how having the warranty saved a great deal of money for them when the car had a mechanical problem that cost several hundred dollars to fix. Mr. Krist pointed out that the 2007 Camry I was purchasing had less than 20,000 original miles on it. He stated, however, that due to the age of the vehicle, the manufacturer's warranty was no longer valid. Mr. Krist, in front of my wife and 23 year old son, stated that he was able to sell me an extended warranty that would provide 5 years (from date of purchase) and/or 100,000 miles )of bumper to bumper coverage for this vehicle. Mr. Krist did explain that the 100,000 mile coverage was actual total mileage, so I was, in essence, purchasing 80,000 miles of protection. I agreed to these terms. Mr. Krist completed all the paperwork (which is massive) and handed them to me, one at a time, quickly explaining each one and showing me where to sign. Since I live in Connecticut, I was informed that the car would be brought to me at a Connecticut DMV location to get the car registered. I took possession of the Camry on Tuesday, June 7,2001. That evening, I was going through all of the paperwork when I discovered that Mr. Krist had checked of on the warranty agreement that the coverage was for 5 years and 60,000 miles not the 100,000 miles on which we agreed. I finally was able to make contact with Mr. Krist on Friday, June 10, 2011. I explained the mistake he had made regarding the warranty coverage. Mr. Krist stated that I must be mistaken because he is sure that these are the terms we discussed. I replied that I am certain of what I heard. I noted the explanation Mr. Krist had given regarding the actual coverage being around 80,000 due to the mileage already on the car. I also reminded Mr. Krist that this conversation occurred with my wife and son present. I told Mr. Krist I wanted to be reasonable and simply rectify this matter. I asked that Mr. Krist either honor the terms of the warranty as he had explained them or simply cancel the warranty and refund the cost of this warranty which is $1787.00. Mr. Krist stated that he could not give me the 100,000 miles of coverage, so he would cancel the coverage. Mr. Krist sent me a cancellation form that I promptly completed, scanned into my computer and sent back to him. I then contacted Mr. Krist and asked that submit to me a new loan agreement reflecting the reduction of the warranty cost. Mr. Krist stated that he could not do that. Mr. Krist stated that Bank of America (the loan holder) would be receiving the cancellation form from Ira Nissan. Upon receipt, the amount of the warranty ($1787.00)would be credited to my principal. Mr. Krist stated that this process takes about 3 weeks. I contacted Bank of American at the end of June. I was informed that a cancellation form had not been received pertaining to my purchase. I again called Mr. Krist. He stated that he wanted me to be a happy customer. He said that he was leaving on vacation but his assistant would look into the matter on my behalf. Last week I received notice for my first payment due on the loan. To date, the $1787.00 has not been credited to my account. Mr. Krist is not answering my phone calls nor calling me back. It appears I may need to take legal action to get Ira Nissan to return my money. I would not advise anyone to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. More
We couldn't find the right deal for the cars I wanted when I first went in, but Belo called me back the next morning and found me a great deal for a car that fit my needs perfectly. when I first went in, but Belo called me back the next morning and found me a great deal for a car that fit my needs perfectly. I love my Nissan Maxima and I am absolutely thrilled that I bought it from IRA Nissan of Woburn. Very professional operation with quality sales and service staff. How do I know this? Well on two occassion I bought it from IRA Nissan of Woburn. Very professional operation with quality sales and service staff. How do I know this? Well on two occassions I was in a jam and Michael Walsh came to my rescue. Last May, after only owning the car for 1 month, it would not start. I called the service department after closing hours, and Michael answered the phone and calmed me down. He walked me through a several steps, but it was clear that the battery was dead, and that I must have left the auxilary switch on. He said all I needed was a jumpstart and he was right!! He waited until I called back before leaving for the day. Today more stress. I had locked both my keys in the car (I guess they cancel each other out)and was in a panic; handbag, phone, groceries, etc were all in the car at a store parking lot, and I desperately need to get into my car. It was very close to 5:00, but I called IRA and again Michael Walsh answered. He said they could make a spare door key, and that he would wait for me. I arrived at 6:00 (30 minutes after the normal closing time) and Michael was there as promised. Now this is service!! I highly recommend IRA Nissan of Woburn... all the best, Mary McClory More
First of all, I would like to say that it was an absolute pleasure to purchase my vehicle at Ira Nissan of Woburn. Before visiting Ira Nissan, I had gone to two other Nissan dealerships in the area, both lea pleasure to purchase my vehicle at Ira Nissan of Woburn. Before visiting Ira Nissan, I had gone to two other Nissan dealerships in the area, both leaving me a sour taste in my mouth. The sales staff at the other two dealerships were very pushy, condescending, and not enjoyable to work with. However, the experience I had at Ira Nissan was the exact opposite. As a recent college graduate, purchasing my first car on my own accord, I was very "out of my element" in terms of making a deal. Both of the sales people that I worked with, Juanmy and Matt, were as helpful and nice as they come. They both took the time to get to know what was important to me in terms of the vehicle options, as well as what kind of budget I was working with. I made it clear to them that I wanted a new Altima at $XXXXX price (inclusive with taxes, title, etc), and they were able to make the number work. Being that it was my first car purchase, they took the extra time to make the purchase a sort of "learning experience" for me. They told me all of the rebates that I was eligible to receive (something that neither of the other dealerships did), and they were not pushy about making the deal that very instant. I think it was apparent that I was nervous about purchasing a car, and for this reason they did not pressure me into something I did not want to do. After making the decision to purchase the car, at the price I was comfortable paying, we finished up the paperwork and two days later I drove off the lot in my Altima. Before I picked up my car, both Juanmy and Matt greeted me, made sure I understood all the gadgets in the car, and assured me that if I needed anything in the future, they would both be there to accomodate me. I cannot stress how great of a dealership this is. The sales staff is simply amazing, and the level of personal customer service is unmatched. I would unquestionably purchase another Nissan from Ira, and would enthusiastically recommend this dealership to anyone. My experience was excellent, and I cannot stress how helpful Juanmy and Matt were. To anyone looking to purchase a Nissan, Ira Nissan of Woburn is the place for you...ask for Juanmy and Matt! More

I had the absolute best experience my last visit. I had a list of items I had to get repaired but only had a small budget to work with. Michael went above and beyond to make sure all my top priority safety i list of items I had to get repaired but only had a small budget to work with. Michael went above and beyond to make sure all my top priority safety items would be taken care of first within my budget. They even managed to replace some extra items at no additional cost. They say not to go to the dealer to save money, but I saved money, time and worry about my safety coming here. I've never dealt with a dealer with great people, who care about their customers safety above all. Their flexibility with my budget makes me a long lasting customer. Michael handled my services in a professional manner and has been the best service attendant I've ever worked with. I highly recommend this place. More
