Both leases were running up and I have just released two new Altimas. From the moment I walked into the dealership and met my Salesman (Belo), I felt as though I was dealing with a person who knows his business inside out. Very helpful from day one. Bought a low mileage certified Altima from Ira, and overall had a very good experiece. Mike Walsh, our salesperson, was just Great! We chose the certified used vehicle anyway, which had very low miles, but various fit and finish issues from city driving and parking. We brought the car back twice to have these attended to, and on both occasions, IRA did the right thing by us, and Mike was our advocate throughout. Sales and service managers were also quite good to work with. Generally, I have avoided working with dealerhsips, instead buying and selling privately. But based on our experience thus far, I would go back to Ira, and if do, ask for Mike. More

We've worked with Mike before and liked his no BS sales approach. We went back and worked with him again...again, we got what we wanted w/o all the sales BS. He's friendly and a nice guy. Kate in Finance knew that we didn't want to deal with all the "extras" and that we were pressed for time. She had us out of there as quick as quick could be. She was very pleasant. We would recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Car was delivered when promised and all the registration, etc. was taken care of down to them faxing a copy of our old plate cancellation to our insurance company. All I had to do was get the keys and drive away. Thanks!!! More
Back in late Qctober, i bought a 2011 Nissan Sentra and this dealership gave me a great deal on the car in addition to a great deal on my trade-in (my trusty old '99 camry). Three months later, in early Fe this dealership gave me a great deal on the car in addition to a great deal on my trade-in (my trusty old '99 camry). Three months later, in early February, someone hit my car and I was in a very traumatic accident which left my brand new car totaled. I went back to the Woburn dealership and they were nothing but nice and very understanding. We managed to get a similar (if not the same) deal on another new car. They were very helpful and I would recommend anyone go to that dealership...and ask for Mike Walsh (of course)! When I went to pick up the second new car he even carried everything I had in my rental, in the pouring rain, to my new car. More
I have worked with Mike Walsh a number of times in both sales, service and sales again recently. If there was a rating higher than "5", Mike Walsh would deserve it. I had previously worked with other dealers and would always leave with an unpleasant feeling. Mike Walsh made me feel like a real part of the Ira Nissan family. Everytime I come into the store, Mike always remembers me and will take the time to make sure my visit is pleasant. His overall knowledge of the business (both sales and service) and willingness to always put the customer's needs first are not easy to come across in this industry. He is a true asset to the IRA company and I will always be sure to work with only him! More

I have been to several dealerships in the last two week and found Ira of Woburn to be the best of all… Customer service – was fantastic… i looked over other dealers in the area that did not take my busi and found Ira of Woburn to be the best of all… Customer service – was fantastic… i looked over other dealers in the area that did not take my business seriously and after I closed the deal with Ira they attempted to steal the business. Quality of work – Excellent!!! Friendliness – Everyone was friendly – agreeable – helpful – no complaints. Overall – I would send anyone back to this dealership – I will purchase my next car here as well. Price – We all want a lower price – I was pleased with my deal. More
I have been coming to Nissan for over a year to have my jalopy of a 1996 Sentra serviced and repaired. The guys in the servicing bay have been fantastic, very customer focused, sympathetic, helpful, and th jalopy of a 1996 Sentra serviced and repaired. The guys in the servicing bay have been fantastic, very customer focused, sympathetic, helpful, and thoughtful. The Sentra eventually failed its inpsection so I had to lease a new vehicle. We looked at other dealerships and other brands but ended up with another Sentra and IRA Nissan made the experience relatively easy. Even when there was some tough negotiating over our trade-in, they were flexible enough to allow us to reach a deal. I have no hesitation in recommending these guys. They are professional, not too pushy, and they do not leave you with the normal feeling you get after being in a car dealership that you need a shower! More
