Recently our cars were totaled during the Oct 4th flood, and my wife and I were in need of replacement cars. After visiting a few dealerships, we decided to check out Ira Nissan in Stoneham. After test driving two vehicles, we noticed a familiar face behind the front desk, Mark Bedell (general manager) had remembered us by name from a past car buying experience, which made us feel at home. This was the MOST enjoyable buying experience I could ever ask for from a car dealership, all thanks to Marty. Marty was polite, courteous, knowledgeable, and just went way above and beyond what we expec ever ask for from a car dealership, all thanks to Marty. Marty was polite, courteous, knowledgeable, and just went way above and beyond what we expected during our purchase. We took hours of his time and he never once had a negative reaction. He came in ON HIS DAY OFF to get the registration for the vehicle done, (which took all day thanks to Liberty Mutual), just so I would be able to pick up my car that day rather than the following day. Marty gave us his business and cell phone number and we were assured we could use it at any time we felt the need. When I was about to drive away in my new car, Marty reinstated that if I needed anything or had any questions, I could give him a call anytime. Matt was professional, friendly and patient while fielding our questions and concerns about the vehicle(s) we were interested in, and with the one we finally purchased. In my opinion he is a great addition to your sales staff. Furthermore, your sales consultant Mr. Phil Filahi shined as the go to guy for the negotiations and completion of the sale. Phil we found to be up front and fair with us during the usual yet often uncomfortable give and take portion of auto sales, which are natural given the nature of the business. Phil went above and beyond to make sure that not only my wife and myself were happy with the sale, but he paid attention to the fact that the car was for our soon to be college grad daughter, and was attentive to her to insure that she was happy and had a full understanding of the car and its features. In your finance dept. Mr. Kenny Leung, after securing an exceptable interest rate for us, presented the optional add-ons in a manner that was direct and informative without being overbearing in his approach. Finally we found the dealership to be clean and comfortable, and found every employee we spoke to have a helpful and friendly attitude. A few weeks ago we went into the dealership interested in a Pathfinder. Art showed us the Pathfinder as we requested, but he also tried to understand our interests and driving habits to be able to recommend a Pathfinder. I had a great experience at Ira Nissan-Woburn. I went in to lease a new Rogue. They were very busy when I originally went in on a Saturday afternoon but I was immediately greeted, offered a refreshment, and to lease a new Rogue. I worked with Art and he treated me well. He was thorough, knowledgable, and understanding. I had to think about the offer they gave me and Art called that night with the numbers I was more comfortable with. We had an issue with my insurance company and Art worked day and night to get the issue resolved and to get me my car as soon as possible. He even came in on his day off to get my car ready and to deal with my insurance company. He called me the day after my purchase to make sure I was 100% satisfied and loving my new ride. I would definitely go back here and work with Art again, though most of the sales associates I interacted with seemed very capable. Most importantly, I LOVE my car. More
