I had a great experience at Ira Nissan-Woburn. I went in to lease a new Rogue. They were very busy when I originally went in on a Saturday afternoon but I was immediately greeted, offered a refreshment, and to lease a new Rogue. They were very busy when I originally went in on a Saturday afternoon but I was immediately greeted, offered a refreshment, and directed toward a table to wait for a sales person. I worked with Art and he treated me well. He was thorough, knowledgable, and understanding. I had to think about the offer they gave me and Art called that night with the numbers I was more comfortable with. We had an issue with my insurance company and Art worked day and night to get the issue resolved and to get me my car as soon as possible. He even came in on his day off to get my car ready and to deal with my insurance company. He called me the day after my purchase to make sure I was 100% satisfied and loving my new ride. I would definitely go back here and work with Art again, though most of the sales associates I interacted with seemed very capable. Most importantly, I LOVE my car. More

I have not bought a new vehicle in 10 years. I came to Nissan Ira Woburn to trade my car for a 3-4 yr old used Nissan.Lo and behold, Art Otromba, my salesman spent the time showing me some used vehicles, Nissan Ira Woburn to trade my car for a 3-4 yr old used Nissan.Lo and behold, Art Otromba, my salesman spent the time showing me some used vehicles, but I ended up buying a brand new Nissan Versa. I got a decent price with my trade, and Art made the entire experience very positive. He is a true professional and a gentleman. He advised me to call him if I have any concerns or problems of any sort. I went back to pick up my car the next day, and it was just perfect. I returned to get my sticker and registration, and Art handled it all as I sat inside to wait. I will recommend Ira Nissan, especially Art Otromba, to anyone who inquires about my car.....I am very pleased.....Art took a photo of me standing next to the car and presented it to me. He is a dedicated and totally cool selleer for your company. Prior to coming to Ira Woburn, I went to the dealer where I have purchased my last 3 vehicles. I have been a nissan owner since I purchased my first 1999 pathfinder ,then a 2002 maxima , 2005 murano which I traded in for a certified owned 2009 murano from My salesman Juanmy R. Reinoso which ended 1999 pathfinder ,then a 2002 maxima , 2005 murano which I traded in for a certified owned 2009 murano from My salesman Juanmy R. Reinoso which ended up being a bad apple with many problems sadly one after another. I kept taking my car back to the dealership (Ira Nissan of Woburn) to be fixed where I first met" BIG" Mike Walsh one of the service technicians at ira nissan and Ihave to say I always felt like I was being treated honestly, and as if it was Mikes car that was being fixed. I have to say my car kept having problems and my car had to be worked on several different times for a long periods of time,and within that time I met the service manager Walter Sazo who was not only good to me, and my wife but returned all of my calls and kept us updated on everything being done to my car , and I felt he went out of his way for me, and my situation.The dealership had my car for a month and a half, and knowing the dealership tried , and did work on my car I felt that it was best in the end for me to get out of this vehicle that continually had problems,and I have had for only8 months.I spoke to the service manager, and told him I did not want this car anymore, and he directed me to Ahmad Khraibi the General Sales Manager to help me with this car that does not work.Mr Khraibi worked with me ,and my wife to try to help us get into a vehicle that worked,and that wasn't constantly being repaired, but Mr. Khraibi went even further for me,and decided to involve IRA Nissan's General Manager Mark Bedell to help me with my problem , and they both worked with me by standing by their product ,and not just putting me into any vehicle they could find to work the situation out for them but,they did even better than I could hope for a brand new CAR! I feel as though yes it was something nobody wants to go through after buying a vehicle, but knowing you have people who actually care , and work to make things right is something you don't see in today's world. from me, and my family THANK YOU IRA NISSAN!the Buonopane family More
