Kelly Nissan of Woburn sold me a car they knew was badly damaged from accident. The car pulls to the right side of any road at every time. Refused to fix it within 45 days warranty and 'gave me an alignment' instead. The car has less than 1500 miles on it from time of purchase. I have photos of all body panel gaps and damage that was 'explained away' on the day of sale. Dan is a really terrible person. I knew I should have listened to myself on the day of purchase - strong sleazy liar vibes. More

On Wednesday, December 28, I started my car shopping journey at a nearby dealership. The experience was horrible and put a bad taste in my mouth for car shopping. The following day, I hesitantly continued car shopping. I began online and submitted interest in a 2020 Nissan Rogue Sport. I was quickly contacted by Jahmira Miranda. She was polite and respectful. We scheduled a time for that afternoon for me to come in and see/test drive the vehicle. Upon arriving at Kelly Nissan of Woburn, I was approached and greeted by Jim Delmolino. I explained my previous conversation and he informed me that Jahmira worked internet sales but he would be happy to help. Jim immediately got Jahmira so that myself and my folks could put a face to the name. We then proceeded with the car shopping process. Jim was polite, respectful, and understanding. He wasn’t your stereotypical sales guy and was genuinely a pleasure to work with. I picked up my vehicle today and Jim joined my Dad and I in my new car to show us all the features.
