First, let me say that I am extremely particular about who services my '04 Nissan Titan. Being active-duty military, I transfer to different locations on a regular basis, and I always have to start from who services my '04 Nissan Titan. Being active-duty military, I transfer to different locations on a regular basis, and I always have to start from scratch in regards to finding a trustworthy and reputable service department. To that end, Kelly Nissan has proven itself to be a step above rest. Each time I've been to this dealership for service, I have had the pleasure of working with Joe Porter. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and dedicated. On my first visit, I needed to have my A/C condenser replaced, and Joe provided solid, candid advice and several cost-saving options. The service department took my truck in with minimal notice, and they completed the job in one day. Once the repair was complete, Joe provided me with a coupon to lesson the financial blow. Not only was this a positive gesture, but now my A/C blows colder than it ever has! On my most recent visit, I brought my truck in (again, with minimal notice) due to a possible leaking seal on my front differential. Despite not having an appointment, Joe managed to get my truck into the service bay for an assessment. He promptly called me later in the morning to report that the seal was fine, and that I did not need to replace anything (it turns out that I didn't have a leak...long story). His honest and forthright approach is an asset to this dealership and the Nissan brand. Thanks to Joe for his caring attitude and for taking care of active-duty military members! This service department (and especially Joe Porter) is highly recommended for Nissan service calls. You can trust that proper repairs and maintenance are being executed at this location. Without hesitation, I would take my Nissan to this dealership again for servicing. More
Buying a car is always a stressful endeavor but we were proven wrong by everyone we met at Kelly Nissan in Woburn. He was very professional, laid back and not pushy - all of the characteristics we like :-) He loved the car so we both went back on January 20th so that I could test ride the same vehicle. Matt B was not in that day so we ended up working with Matt Alexander. Together we worked with Brian Pollack and he was able to get us a deal we were happy and comfortable with.. NO PRESSURE from these guys. Our final interaction was with Corey Casey. He finalized all of our paperwork, explained and outlined all of the details again so that we were all in agreement. Its was a very cold night when I went to the Nissan showroom. All the employees were busy in cleaning the snow. I was there to buy a new car. I couldn't found anybody in the showroom. He introduced himself. His name is Glen Davis, very nice and caring gentleman. He showed me the catalogue and we discussed about the price. Since it was getting very late I thought of coming the next day. I met Glen next day and we discussed about the price. In the meantime Brian Pollack also joined us another nice gentleman. Me and my wife we finalized the deal. I would recommend Kelly Nissan of Woburn to all my friends. What a great guy Glen Davis is very cooperative and with great knowledge. This is the first car I have ever purchased on my own, and I couldn't believe how overwhelming I found this process to be. Once I finally went into Kelly, Teresa was the sales person I dealt with and she was great. She understood that it was all about comfort and style, according to my preferences, and didn't make me feel pressured at all. She walked me through the process, step by step, and explained to me what the process was. The customer service I got was 100% different from the one that I received at Quirk in Braintree and everyone at Kelly was so pleasant! Brian sat down and 'Sorry we cannot do anything with the price" and got up and walked away We walked out ,very disappointed, and went to another Nissan dealer. Looked at the exact same car and talked about the price and they had no problem with what we were asking..The next day we went to another Nissan dealer looked at the same car and again no problem with the price. We purchased the car at the price we were looking for. I understand the business is business but professional attitude is very important. More

Gary was very patient, and extremely knowledgeable about the Nissan Maxima. I was able to work with him to get the best dealer package to suit my personal desires in a new Maxima. He did not try to pressure me into getting features that I did not need, being aware of my desired price threshold. There was no pressure at all. Corey handled the final sales process, setting up the extras, such as an extended warrantee, remote starter, anti-theft, and financing thru Nissan. Both performed an exceptional job from the moment I walked in the door until I took delivery and drove of the dealership lot. More

I am leasing a 2013 Nissan Rogue and upgraded, but had a price range that I needed to stay Woburn and I was even more pleased the second time around.
