Mr. Gao, unfortunately we were not able to initially duplicate the issue that you are experiencing which is why we offered to take the vehicle for you, to our Kelly Ford location for a second opinion. We also offered a loaner vehicle to use in the meantime and you agreed that was acceptable when we last spoke on the phone. We are sorry to learn about this. We did reach out to our service manager, Alan Teyssedou, who said he spoke with you. From what we understand, your work order was printed out and during that time, another customer came in and begin speaking with Alan. Due to this, there was a slight distraction on our part and your work order was accidently mixed up with other paperwork. While we understand that Alan did speak with you directly and apologize, we want to reach out and extend our apologies for the mix-up as well.
