I have purchased several vehicles in the past at other dealerships and not once have I EVER been treated with such professionalism!!! I know I have other Nissan Dealerships that are a lot closer, but, I would rather travel the extra mileage for the awesome treatment I get at Kelly Nissan of Woburn. It's all about quality not quantity, and that is exactly what you get at there, grade A quality! More

Shouldn't have had to waste an hour. sunroof shattered for no reason. called into dealer ship and was told to bring in the car and that i'd get a loaner. brought it in and found i couldn' sunroof shattered for no reason. called into dealer ship and was told to bring in the car and that i'd get a loaner. brought it in and found i couldn't get a loaner after all. After some research they figured out it was a factory sunroof and was told i had to go through insurance. not exactly sure why that couldn't have been discovered over the phone as they have my car on record. seems to be a disconnect there. tire check 12ooo miles needs new tires could you more dealer support in helping to get some help in getting new tires these tires should never had worn. Now saying low pressure and drivi could you more dealer support in helping to get some help in getting new tires these tires should never had worn. Now saying low pressure and driving in snow NONE of that is true nothing ever showed on dash, pressure checks each oil change and I have done 4 times and I do not drive in snow. Really I would expect to get some compensation or pro rated replacement on those tires. I bought the best edition the Platinum I did not expect to have to buy new tires w/low mileage. This is my 2nd pathfinder from this dealer. I am not saying that the person I dealt with was rude he was nice and took the time to have the car put on the lift and check the tires. More
