Kelly Nissan of Woburn---Outstanding Customer Service Dylan Gallager at Kelly in Woburn is the best. I have never had such a positive experience dealing with an automotive service center as I had with Dy Dylan Gallager at Kelly in Woburn is the best. I have never had such a positive experience dealing with an automotive service center as I had with Dylan at Kelly. He was so helpful and genuinely cared about helping me with the issues I was having. I have been to Kelly twice in the past four months for two different issues and Dylan has been great both times. The work I needed on the second visit was expensive and he helped show me how to offset some of the costs and never made me feel as though I was being railroaded. I actually went back to Kelly the second time because of the fantastic service I got from Dylan the first time. Although my experience with Nissan corporate was far less than satisfying, my experience with Kelly was nothing but positive. The fact that I was offered a loaner car for the time my car was there was huge. I don't know what I'd have done without that. Everyone there is very nice, from the guys in the service center to the ladies at the desk. As long as I own my Nissan, I will continue to use Kelly for my service. I can't say enough how positive my experience was! More

They been very accommodating in offering loaner cars, even made the technicians that have worked on my car or would be working on the car available to go over questions or issues in detail. I have been there 3 times over the last 6 months and I always left feeling very comfortable with the level of service I received. More
