Great service Brought my car in for oil change. Gentleman asked if cars needed to be rotated said I didn't know he checked if it was done the last time was. Not so Brought my car in for oil change. I have always had bad experiences with car dealers due to them either being too pushy or not professional. I initially spoke to Nikki on the phone and she was great. She explained everything to me about my lease and the car I was interested in and also worked with me on a price that fit my budget. She was quick to respond to my phone calls and answered all of my questions. When I went into the dealership to pick up my car, I was introduced to Dan. He was professional, friendly and showed me everything there is to know about the 2016 Nissan Maxima that I was leasing. Steve was also great and went over the pricing with me and explained what the lease entailed etc. He also had a great sense of humor and had me, my aunt and my dad laughing, which usually is not the case at dealerships. I will definitely be recommending Kelly Nissan of Woburn to friends and I will definitely be going back there again! More
