Amazing customer service by Joseph Gulino and Aurys Pena!! Prior to my 2 month lease maturing, I received a telephone call from Aurys Pena. Aurys proceeded to tell me that Nissan would take care of my last 2 p Prior to my 2 month lease maturing, I received a telephone call from Aurys Pena. Aurys proceeded to tell me that Nissan would take care of my last 2 payments if I would consider to purchase another lease. We spoke for awhile considering different options on leasing an Altima vs a Rogue. I made an appointment to visit the dealership the following Saturday. My husband and I arrived and were greeted by Joseph Gulino. He was very professional. His top priority was to get us in a car that we wanted and that would better meet our needs. My husband and I are very happy with our new vehicle! Joseph was also very accommodating on the day and time to meet us at the NH Registry of MV. I have been working with Aurys Pena for years on leasing vehicles and will continue to do so in the future.The reason for this is Aurys and Joseph are professional, great attitude, cares about what the customer wants and have never been pushy. Thank you Aurys and Joseph for making our purchase so painless! More

Horrible! I would never deal with this 'group' again. I was actively awaiting additional information on a vehicle I was told was not even ready for sale yet on I would never deal with this 'group' again. I was actively awaiting additional information on a vehicle I was told was not even ready for sale yet only to be informed two hours later that it had been sold. Yes I was a online customer but they did not even bother to call me and say that they had someone physically in front of them that was interested in the vehicle and they were going to sell it to them if I did not make a deposit or buy the vehicle, which I would have if they would have answered my question regarding the condition of the tires! Also no comment from manager when I clearly explained my frustration with their communication process. Very uncool and unprofessional experience, be warned. More
Should have been, Could have been a lot better I'll start with the good, Cliff who helped with the drop off did a great job coordinating the repairs and quality of the work was fair. He also made sure I was done and picked up by the shuttle service (great option) to get to my next appointment on time. Now the bad, I booked the appointment via the web site more than a week in advance, when booking I said there was a recall on the car; nobody called to inform me they would need more information to order the necessary part, hence when I went in they were unable to do that part of the repair and said I'd need to come back (like taking time off from work is no big deal). Second the web site gives you prices for services yet when I got the bill all the services were more than the advertised price (didn't see anything saying this would be the case). In fact they weren't even aware what I'd signed up for (what exactly is the purpose of having the appointments on the web site?) He did give me a 10% discount but even with that it still was more than advertised. 3rd, Part of the service is an oil change and while 5W30 is an acceptable oil for the car the preferred oil (in the manual) is a 0W20 synthetic blend. The oil change places were even reluctant to use the 5W30 So why use the cheaper blend? 4th I needed tires rotated due to noise in the back, while I believe the tires were rotated (sound moved from the right side to the left, why not rotate those tires up front, again this is what the manual suggests?), Maybe they did but it didn't sound that way, in fact the noise was worse. Of course they did try selling me new tires. Was happy there wasn't a hard sell when I didn't want them. There were also electrical issues none of which they were able to reproduce. In their defense I know electrical issues can be tricky. Of course same issues appeared later that night after getting the car back. So overall no I wasn't particularly satisfied with the service I received. More
