Not the same service ! I have owned a 2010 Altima which I traded in for the 2013 Altima. I originally purchased the 2010 at the Lynnfield Dealership. My service experience at this dealership was excellent. Tina Lever was the person who I always dealt with. When Tina moved to the Woburn dealership I decided to follow her. Although she was now the Manager she hooked me up with David Dennis. He provided the same excellent service as Tina had. I then traded for the 2013 and continued with the same excellent service. This service made up for the fact that the 2013 was not as finished as the 2010. I had a better vehicle in the 2010. Well Tina moved on but David Dennis continued with the excellent service. I was now traveling from Dracut for service versus Wakefield which was worth it. Now that David Dennis has moved on I am not sure I will continue service with this dealership. My last visit was not as I had been accustomed to. I had some warrantee work to be performed along with an oil change. The service technician indicated that I should replace the pads on my front brakes and have the transmission flushed as per the service manual. I asked David Fagunues questions about the recommendations however he couldn't answer them as it was very late and he had stated he would get back to me. To date I have not received a call back with answers to my questions. Also all four tires were over inflated to 45 lbs of pressure normal inflation is usually at 33/34 lbs. I am really surprised. Did the excellent service I had always received depart out the door with David Dennis ? The 2013 will be traded in this November as it will be 3 years old. I think that maybe since I really haven't enjoyed this 2013 as much as I did the 2010, and the fact that maybe my service experience may not be the the same, that maybe its time for a new model and a new dealership. It should be noted that both the 2010 and 2013 were never serviced any place else besides a Kelly Dealership. Maybe the excellent service had nothing to with the dealership but had everything to do with the individuals I had contact with. More
Dealing with car dealership I recently leased another vehicle at Kelly Nissan in Woburn. Although this dealership has changed ownership over the years, the sale people that we have dealt with have usually been very pleasant.. This current leased vehicle is our 6th lease. Our sales person, Shawn, was very pleasant as always (our 2nd lease with him). I would give him an excellent rating and would like to do business with him again. Unfortunately in order to close the deal you must talk to the finance manager (Jose) who always tries to sell you other accessories, warranties etc. The only item that my wife & I like to add to the car is the Road Hazard Warranty for the tires. We were told that item is not available by itself. We would need to purchase in a bundle which included damage protection for when we turned in the leased vehicle and maintenance cost. We told him we were not interested in a bundle package. He then lowered the price on the bundle packages which then made us even more suspicious. Since we are a returning customer (our 6th lease) why aren't we getting the reduced price right at the start. We definitely said no at this point. He then basically said that we would be sorry and that we should go home and think about it and call him tomorrow. We thought about it for a second and did not call More

The service department spent quite a bit of time trying to diagnose the issue and concluded it was a false fault detection. Given there was no obviousl repair needed I was very please that they took the time to thoroughly diagnose the battery system to insure that the problem would not reoccur. It's been a about a month and I have had no further issues. There was one minor issue with my service experience. When I came to pickup the Leaf shortly before the dealership was to close for the day, the Leaf didn't have enough charge to make it home. I had expected that it would have been fully charged prior to my picking it up. This dealership has a quick charge station so I didn't need to wait long to get enough of a charge to make it home. I'm sure this was just an oversight and not normal. Overall I am very pleased with the service I received. Larry More

Changed perception of "typical Dealer" experience. First, want to say I really like my 2015 Nissan Altima. A couple of minor issues that were promptly corrected. Had trouble with low tire pressure and was taken care of. Brought car in and they fixed tire pressure in all tires and checked for leaks. Also got new windshield wipers. Lots of Service Work We had to bring in our Nissan Pathfinder because the windshield wipers stopped working and the gear shifter had started jamming; and we had a list of We had to bring in our Nissan Pathfinder because the windshield wipers stopped working and the gear shifter had started jamming; and we had a list of several other small things that needed to be addressed. Cliff was very friendly, but we found that we had to reach out to get information on several occasions. A part was on backorder with no estimates as to when it would be in stock, and we held on to our rental longer than our warranty would cover because of it. They did end up giving us a loaner vehicle to help us out. In the end, the service center was very friendly and they even worked with us on the bill, it was hefty after adding up all the items. We would likely return to the dealership but we would definitely hope for better communication about what was going on. More
