Not what I have come to expect from Kelly Auto dealerships I asked about why does it seem like my outside mirrors are no longer moving. Told it was not available on my model of Maxima. I have the Platinum mo I asked about why does it seem like my outside mirrors are no longer moving. Told it was not available on my model of Maxima. I have the Platinum model and I thought it had all the options. Also commented on jerky action when using cruise control going downhill. Seems like the braking system kicks in and out. Told this was normal without even taking a test drive. I have been driving for over 40 years, this isn't normal. Perhaps this happened because I had my wife take car in. More
Vendor damaged our car Probably our last visit here. Too bad as we bought 4 cars at Ira and 2 here and have been moderately happy since the change. Our"baby" 370z whose nam Probably our last visit here. Too bad as we bought 4 cars at Ira and 2 here and have been moderately happy since the change. Our"baby" 370z whose name is hot wheels as it looks like a die cast car was significantly damaged in an hour and 10 minute visit for an oil change. One of their vendors who was there fixing something backed a trailer into rear fender causing about $2500 in damage and a lot of aggravation to us. Vendor(Horsch sales of New Hampshire) has been minimally cooperative in supplying info as they questioned why I wanted driver and registration information on the truck and trailer. Derek the service manager offered in assisting to get the car fixed at a body shop not owned by Kelly. Even better that they were going to comp the oil change, but we have a prepaid maintenance plan. More

Great Service Department I left my car on a Friday night as it was making a really weird noise, Derek saw me outside and came out to chat with me about it. We talked for a while about what it could be and Derek suggested that I leave the car there even though Saturdays are really busy they may get to it tomorrow. I agreed, filled out the envelope and left my car there. Saturday morning I got a call I believe from Mike and they told me that a wheel bearing was gone on my car and that I needed rear brakes. I agreed and told them to go ahead with the service. They called me 3 hours later and told me my car was repaired! Unbelievable service, to be done on a Saturday? I know this first hand as I came in two Saturdays before for an oil change and it was so busy! I don't know how they did it, but I would recommend Kelly Nissan Woburn's Service to everyone!!! More

I met with Dylan Gallagher and told him of the issues I was having with my vehicle. Well Dylan picked up right where David left off. He was professional courteous and a pleasure to work with. I could not have been happier. This was a huge step for Kelly Nissan because I will probably be looking for a new vehicle in the next year or two. Without a good service department I would have went to Honda or Toyota. With Dylan and crew at Kelly I will definitely be back buying Nissan. Great job !! More
