A friend of mine was in the market for a new Murano and I suggested to her we contact Dan. We went to the dealership on a Monday afternoon. Dan was introduced to Sara and within 45 minutes they came to an agreement on a 2017 Murano. This was the easiest deal my friend has ever made on a new car purchase. Dan has always been super pleasant to deal with and I would highly recommend him for your next Nissan purchase. Jose Soto was very accommodating to Sara in the finance portion. Basic service I brought my car in for an oil change, recall service(s) and an inspection sticker. I'm going to have to bring the car back because ever since pick up I brought my car in for an oil change, recall service(s) and an inspection sticker. I'm going to have to bring the car back because ever since pick up, the passenger airbag light has been on (saying the airbag is off). I noticed it when i left the dealership, but had a meeting to get to. I was hoping it was a fluke and that it would go away when i got in the car to go home. It didn't, and again hoped maybe by the next morning it would turn off. It's still on this morning, so i will need to make another trip over there. Kind of annoying that that wasn't noticed prior to me picking up. I also understand that after any service mechanics will take the car for a spin to ensure everything is good. I noticed at least 15-20 miles were put on the car when i picked it up. I'd expect maybe 5-10, so it seemed a bit excessive. Also, their text notifications need to be fixed. This is the second time that i've been texted the following day, midmorning, that my Altima was ready for pick up. When i picked it up yesterday at 130pm. And of course was obviously called that my car was ready for pick up. The gentleman i worked with to get the service appointment squared away in the morning was prompt and friendly. I was there early, and he opened the bay door for me at exactly 7:30 and brought me in to get everything squared away. Chatted about the snow and how we both are leasing for the first time and love it. More
