We purchased a lease back and the trunk privacy/shelf boards were missing. We didn't realize it until we had brought the car home. No problem- Saulo got it straighten out quickly. We never felt like every exchange was an "up sell" like it was at other dealerships. Even agreeing on the price was straightforward -minus the dramatics. A few offer/counteroffers and it was done. Drove it home straight from Kelly. I know it's their slogan, but they really did make it easy. More

Kelley Nissan I took my 2016 Nissan Rogue for an oil change with multi point inspection, a state inspection, CVT transmission upgrade, tire rotation, and a car wash I took my 2016 Nissan Rogue for an oil change with multi point inspection, a state inspection, CVT transmission upgrade, tire rotation, and a car wash (by hand) and all went well.
