Service On Friday June 2 started out my very busy day to prepare for a shower in Sunday. Lots of errands to run. After driving for abut a half hour put my On Friday June 2 started out my very busy day to prepare for a shower in Sunday. Lots of errands to run. After driving for abut a half hour put my foot on the gas after a red light turned green. Car hesitated. Than started going. But just wasn't right. Pulled my car to the side of the road and than was towed to Kelly Nissan if Woburn. There I first made contact with Phi-Phi. He took my information what was wrong with the car. After awhile he came out to me and advised it might be a hour and a half before the mechanic could get to the car. In the meantime he had checked out my vehicle and found a recall on something. Phi-Phil had sense my urgency of everything I was trying to do and he went above and beyond. He arranged for a loaner car. He said he would call me when they found out what was wrong. Late afternoon Phi had called and explained a valve needed to be replaced. The part was ordered and would be in Monday if not Tuesday. On Monday afternoon. Received another call saying the part had not arrived yet. Each day he called to give an update. Very unexpected. Tuesday said it was not ready yet but would also get the recall done and I requested the oil change. Wednesday morning Phi called and said that the car was done and the problem was under warranty. Phi-Phi went above and beyond I feel. Especially the situation I was in. Pleasant courteous and hot results. Than you More
