What a change I have been servicing my Maxima and previous my Altima at Kelly form years. Sales has always been great, at the end I was able to get close the the d I have been servicing my Maxima and previous my Altima at Kelly form years. Sales has always been great, at the end I was able to get close the the deal I wanted. However Service was another story, wait times over 3 hrs, No follow up, car returned with grease on the seats. Employees standing around while I waited to be helped. etc. I would of serviced my car elsewhere but I work right down the street. The last year has been such a change, I drive in and my car has seat cover and floor mat put in (no more grease). The Advisors are very helpful and I am out within 45 minutes with my car washed!!! I have visited in the past year 3 times and each time was better than the last, and today I received an email from the Service Manager thanking me for my business and ask that I take the survey so he can see what he must improve on to make it a better experience for his customers. Thank you Mr. Kelly for the changes you made!!! More

Don't Go Here. We were invited to sign up for a test drive on the web site and did so. Jenn nicely confirmed the test drive. However, when we arrived at the deale We were invited to sign up for a test drive on the web site and did so. Jenn nicely confirmed the test drive. However, when we arrived at the dealership no one showed any interest in us. When another salesperson finally did appear, we were put through hoops and asked a number of questions. We were made to feel judged about whether we could afford this car and, frankly, whether we were "worthy" of purchasing it. We were told that the price would be near the MSRP and was that a price point we were considering? We were told that purchasers of this car preferred low mileage and it was inferred that only "serious" buyers would be allowed to drive it. We were told that they preferred that buyers come to their dealership last, to save the best for last. All this for a car that has been listed for sale for 266 days. And when we continued to ask to test drive the car, we were made to wait longer. It seemed like, frankly, an invitation for us to leave, so we accepted the invitation and left. This was an insulting experience, a stupid business approach, and a complete waste of our time,. Don;t go to this dealership. More
