Horrible and Rude: I bought my Sentra from Kelly Nissan in 2015 and have had good experiences, until now. I called in because of an issue I was having and could not have been treated more rudely by Briana. in 2015 and have had good experiences, until now. I called in because of an issue I was having and could not have been treated more rudely by Briana. She wouldn't listen to me, she snapped back at me when I was attempting to explain the issue and then gave me quote that I didn't feel was accurate (because she claimed to know better). So much so, I got the issue quoted at another Nissan Dealership and got a much lower price as well (and was treated like a human). I would not recommend this location. More
