Everyone was very nice. They took time to listen to my issue. They did full diagnostics. Two different people took the car out to try & hear & feel the noise, but could not duplicate the issue I have had. issue. They did full diagnostics. Brandon was polite and explained to me everything that needs to be done but I was disappointed for two reasons : 1- He said it will take 2 days to get it fixed and took 2 weeks 2- He gave me a dirty c needs to be done but I was disappointed for two reasons : 1- He said it will take 2 days to get it fixed and took 2 weeks 2- He gave me a dirty car , inside and out , with low pressure tires and i had to pay $25 to fix one of the tires and the car wasn’t even desinfected due to the Covid . 3- After 2 weeks I got my car back dirtier than when I left it 4- I had a Toyota car for 20 years , bought it brand new , and every time I went to the dealer for services I would get my car clean and shine like new . 5- I also noticed that the waiting room is not being desinfected after people leave the seat . I wasn’t comfortable there More
