Everything about the experience was first-rate--check-in, waiting time, courtesy, comfort and amenities in the waiting area. Jon Miller told me that the 2 1/2-year-old battery had tested weak and they were replacing it at no charge under the warranty...an added bonus and much appreciated before the start of winter. Everything was done professionally and efficiently...start to finish in less than an hour. Oh, and with a free car wash before they sent me on my way! More
