Larry Hughes is a fabulous example - always going WAY beyond what's expected and he treats my family like royalty. Not only did Larry accept my vehicle drop-off an entire DAY ahead of time, but it was ready for pick-up before it would have otherwise been dropped off in the first place! The post-inspection car wash was a bonus - particularly in the midst of the messy winter weather. Larry is a true professional and he consistently makes every effort to give me the best service and the best price. I highly recommend Kelly Nissan of Route 33. More

First time bringing my baby in! First time I got my new Nissan serviced. I decided to go to Kelly Nissan, even though I live near another Nissan dealership, because they received re First time I got my new Nissan serviced. I decided to go to Kelly Nissan, even though I live near another Nissan dealership, because they received remarkable reviews and I figured it would be worth the trip. I was exactly right. Everyone there was so nice, friendly, (and possibly most importantly), helpful! I didn't feel like I was standing around in people's way, didn't know where to go or that they didn't want me there, which surprisingly some places make you feel. Start to finish, everything was great. Except one small thing, I was asked if I wanted a car wash on top of the service, I said, "sure that'd be great. A bird took a $#*7 on my car on the way over here". He replied, "don't worry, we'll get that bird $#*7 off your car for ya". I personally appreciate the candid language. So I left, got some lunch, got the call the car is all finished up, came back, paid the man, walked out to my car and... There's the bird $#*7 still sitting on my car, in the same spot. I chuckled, got in my car and left. I really didn't care because I wasn't expecting a car wash on the way over so no big deal, but if you're going to offer it out of the blue, you should probably make sure it gets done. So, 4 stars. Would do 4.9/5 if I could. Keep up the great work over there! Except the car washes... More

I had a problem and they were very quick to resolve it. But not only resolve it, they wanted to resolve it the same day. They asked me would I mind taking a loaner car while they did the work. More
