Service with a smile I was fustrated with the Nissan service in Bridgewater. I tried over a week to schedule a service with them. They were too busy to speak with me, so I I was fustrated with the Nissan service in Bridgewater. I tried over a week to schedule a service with them. They were too busy to speak with me, so I left a message and they failed to return my call. I callled back a few days later and the woman said ‘oh, they are busy’ and put me on hold. I waited 20 minutes and then hung up. I called Kelly Service and the phone was answered immediately. I was sent over to Service and the rep that made my appointment made me feel wanted as a customer. I scheduled my appointment for this morning. The staff was pleasant and friendly. I was in and out in just over an hour. The waiting room was comfortable. I will be back for my next service! Very Satisfied I purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Kelly Nissan a couple of months ago, and I recently noticed a small issue with the tires on the car. 1st time serving of 2018 Roguep I was greeted by Mike in the service department, since this was my 1st time getting serviced there he explain the cost and what they would checking fo I was greeted by Mike in the service department, since this was my 1st time getting serviced there he explain the cost and what they would checking for.
